Hey Matthew and everyone, for sure it was giant! By the end of the day, for the first time i feel the upper soreness🥵🥵 whereas at the end of the session I felt so pumped that I even add burpees cardio before doing the proposed abs add-on 😅😅 Better think twice later🤦♀️

I had a really hard work day today and i came home at half past seven pm and I thought to myself: discipline is the key. And now I feel so, so good. Because your workouts make me happy, I feel stronger and proud. When I started working out with you I had to pick up my 1 kg dumbbells for the flys, now i manage to do them with 5 kg. And today I realized how far I‘ve already come. Thank you Caroline! 💜

I am an absolute beginner and today I did my first renegade row 😭😭😭 I love you Caroline, it feels like I'm working out with a friend who is also feeling the pain but pushing through, that motivates me. I have promised myself to start EPIC Heat this July, right after I'm comfortable with push ups and I hope I achieve it.

That was officially my EPIC Heat workout of workouts. Everything was just perfect. I used 17.5 & 10kg DBs today which really was perfect. Shoulders I did seated and probably if pushed could have gone a little heavier. Back was really good and Chest I did the Press and Diamond Press with the heavier DBs and the Flyes with 10s. Pushups I completed 22 each time with no stops required but that was so tough. The Arms section was awesome. The 30 mins was over in no time and I will definitely revisit this. This for me was one of those workouts when you just say to yourself be proud as to complete it with good weights and good form is a major achievement.

Just done with the workout. My entire upper body was literally burning! Excellent combination of exercises in the giant sets! Hi...good suggestions from others. I also suggest that you find Caroline’s beginners epic series in her playlist and start with that. Once you are confident with that then move on to the other epic programmes! It’s worth persevering! You will become so fit and strong with these workouts...but you’ll have lots of fun too! Caroline it is really appreciated when you include how not to do a particular movement for example in this workout session -you reference “the row.”Incorporating the proper form and motion for us kept me aware when it was time to get to it , increased my excitement to properly execute this move and stick with the control of motion throughout the row reps. Well this is definitely my favourite upper body workout so far!. 😍😍.. It went by so quickly and I’ll definitely go back to this for a random upper body in the future. As usual, Caroline is a genius!. This workout was EPIC!! My arms and hands are shaking as I type this. This is a perfectly killer upper body workout that I can do in the comfort of my own home! @@gooogaaa2 when I started with Caroline almost a year ago, couldn’t do push ups either and ended up doing on my knees too! And I feel you but I didn’t give up! She has short videos to help on how to do push ups and I have done those videos once a week and I can do them now on my toes and really love them! Don’t get discouraged and keep on working on your weaknesses! I can see more definitions on my back and arms even chest by doing push ups! You got this 😀

I subscribed to you Caroline because of your arm workouts a little before EPIC 1 started. I struggled a lot with them, but I LOVED the burn your workouts gave me! Then I saw that you were starting EPIC 1 and it was my best decision ever made to join you on this journey. Now you’ve almost reached ONE MILLION subscribers and I couldn’t be happier for you. Thanks Caroline, another great workout. That's the second or third time I've done this one and it always surprises me how quickly it goes - the first time I looked at the progress bar it seemed like I'd just started whereas I'd already done 30% and the next time it was 75% and I didn't even think I was half way!

BEST overall upper body workout ever! How did you figure out a 30 min routine that hits every muscle group?? Sooooooo hard but totally doable. Very satisfying 🤗 P.S. I’m typing with my feet right now, my arms are too limp 😂

This workout made me wonder, “ *Caroline, what did you do?!* “ It was a good decision to choose a lighter pair of dumbbells and I’m *DEAD* , felt the burn with every rep. I’m feeling so powerful and as solid as a rock! Slow & controlled, core engaged & the entire upper body on 🔥 One of my favourites of Epic Heat, loved it. Thank you 💛

Hi Devansh! Sound's like you've had a solid session!💪👌🤩 Awesome job! You said 'lighter weights' but I'm sure you've had a great choice of weights! I used 11s for back&chest, 5s for laterals, 7,5s for the rest. Did my hill sprints and 'back &core' with ab wheel - I bet I will have sore arms and abs tomorrow!😆👍 Just love doing Caroline's upper body sessions!👌💖🤩 Have a great day!💪👍🔥🔥🔥

Loved this one! I think I have my renegade rows down well - the form tips in the beginning were VERY helpful, thank you! I believe my mistakes were not spreading my legs wide enough, not keeping the dumbbells close together, and using too much momentum. Got to create a solid base for the rows.
