its why our guys who join the army fight shoot well in past wars, a lot of hunters i know shoot like stu, any hunting nation have excellent soldiers. but that is lost on our country now, we are controlled by a minority anti gun brainwashed idiots in the cities, as that is where majority of the votes are. no offence to city shooters. your not the problem.

RANGRY Billy Maddin Texas boy here, it really depends, the most common are 150 and 170 grain, if you can get some of the Hornady Leverevolution ammo. It’s 165 grains and performs much better ballistically then regular round nose.

@darrynworthy71295 жыл бұрын
we never had any problem having automatic guns in the 80s, one incident not multiple issues and we lost our autos, one. we have police checks, we have multiple tests, we have gun safes, all compulsory, and still we are loosing gun rights, its not about what us hunters do. a criminal does something and we loose out. they tried to ban lever actions, based on the claim they are rapid firing, and many more restrictions are lined up still. based on no facts. they want guns gone and nothing will stop it. but aussies wont stand too much pushing, all the gun laws are introduced under stealth.
@darrynworthy71295 жыл бұрын
if you hold a gun license i dont see why any hunter should not have an auto. it should not be based if you live in a city or not. it should only be a matter of choice. we have already got tight restrictions and have passed multiple tests. why should any person licenced in australia not be able to have an auto? some have a pistol, that is a choice, some like a pump action, that is a choice. but no one has the choice. who are we to say a hunter cant. almost every animal we hunt in this country is vermin....so again why cant we use a automatic? we are culling vermin whether on private or crown there is no difference.
@darrynworthy71295 жыл бұрын
nutters? we all have a police check done, every licenced gun owner in australia have been through a police check. multiple times.if a police check isnt enough then our children are not safe after a police check. then what is safe? we have seen multiple times police loose guns from police stations, so how do you define safe. what has happened in australia to say to you us gun owners are not safe enough? i feel safer on a wetland with 500 duck hunters than driving on the road. i go every year duck hunting. no one dies. we have automatics already in society, just the criminals have them. laws dont stop law breakers. i have seen no unsafe hunters. wasnt all the extra laws introduced onto us already to removed nutters? how are nutters getting a gun. are you even from australia? does sound like you know the system. automatics dont make killers. its just a tool. what makes a farmer safer than a city person? nothing does. i am from a farming background i so know, so then we all should have the right to choice an auto or not for vermin, as we only hunt vermin. you did say we should have a choice to hunt for vermin. a farmer gets hunters in to cull, so we should get the tool for the job...if we choose too. i dont, but the right to choose was removed.

Once again, another very entertaining video Stu and crew. Those are some well thought out setups on the quads, nice work. It doesn't have to be beautiful as long as it's practical and effective and they surely seem to be. That's a top notch idea with the gun holders Steve, easy as to reach for while your on the run, well done. I was wondering about how wide spread is the disease ( or just the name of it ) in the pigs mate, do you know? I'm looking at heading up to the NSW/VIC border from Melbourne on the weekend with 2 good mates, probably around Deni, and would love to pick up one or 2 for the freezer, just curious if you knew if it is safe to do so from that area? Is there a visual way to tell like mixo in rabbits? I cracked up at the Zombie remark mate, good one. Don't worry about them but man, just fill a few empty tinnies with the pigs blood and offer them a couple, you might even become "hunting" buddies. I would be more concerned with the western region crackheads mate, they are unpedictable and erratic as f@%#, lol. ;) ;) Take care and ENJOY fellas. :)

You ever gonna tell us the story of what was your biggest hog killed?

Actually not sure of the biggest mate, I tend to remember the tough and smart ones. Especially the ones that outsmart me and get away without being wounded.

How do the pigs react to the torch light? Do they bolt or freeze?
@HuntingwithStu5 жыл бұрын
Generally they aren't too worried but these guys new what was going on and bolted as soon as I turned on the torch.
