since i started watching dr. pal, i started consuming 0 junk food and its been 5 months since i had a cheat day, Also i switched my diet from 10g fibre per day to 50 g fibre per day and lots of probiotics, im 16 and dr. pal literally saved my future by giving me alot of knowledge,now my gut is going to happy the rest of my life and i literally quitted junk food and processed foods.

The impact of your videos is high.. Especially Protein....Today I made Poha for breakfast...generally it's only onion but I added SoyaChunks/Peas/ Carrot/also.It was yummy ..Heartfelt GRATITUDE to make me think / count Protein,fibre for each meal. Thank you so much....

Thank you Dr and just followed your tips , it has shown tremendous results. As you said the first 3 weeks didn't show any weight loss but it started improving my sleep. I generally go to bed late then again my actual sleep also gets delayed but with this reduced eating window I get sleep immediately. Now I reduced from 66 kg to 58. But most importantly it helped on 2 things , 1. I always feel pain on my foot when I wake up but that started to improve and now it's gone almost. 2. Saving money with zero restaurant spending for dinner 😄. Thank you again!

Thank u Dr. I have changed lot of my eating habits.... started intermittent fasting seen lot of difference... I have reduced packed and processed food for above 70 %- 80% when compared before trying to avoid to the maximum... Now a days started to read food labels in packs which helps me to stay away from them..... Seen ur interview in traya health so happy i am in right track because whenever i saw food labels amma used to ur madness is hitting it's peak as all amma will do.....😂😂

i just joined dr pals website❤ today my mom prepared fried fish she asked me u took fish for eating right( fried fish) i told her yes but actually i fed the fried fish to cat instead i had yard long beans side dish,butter milk ,lemon pickle( home made) love and respect from kerala sir❤

hi Dr. Pal. I am a big fan of yours. Never seen a doctor like you. I am trying to follow the eating habits as prescribed by you. I was suffering from acute gas problem. Had to take Pantoprazole 40 almost 15 days a month. But since day i started IMF i have not seen my medicines. 3 months running. No med required. Thank you Doc.

Dr. Pal, pls do Mylapore veg restaurant Pleasanton next, and please let me know when you go so my family can come see you too briefly for 10 seconds. I love salads too. The mini idli dipped in sambhar here is heaven. I order only that every day, but everything else here is good too. (I know because I taste my daughter's plate). At home, Baked veggies with fresh avocado and some berries or pomegranate thrown in with beetroot raitha is heaven for me.

Juice has NO fibre and fructose damages the liver. Dr Lustig has good podcasts on Sugar and juice. The salad had more fruit and then juice on top of that! Diabetic nightmare and will definitely raise insulin levels too.

Fermented dosa or idly or appam is well cooked and no longer bacteria would survive in the food and how can it be helpful for healthy gut other than it that makes digestion better. ? Fermented rice( palaiya soru), fermented porridge overnight, Sauerkraut, kefir are not cooked after fermentation and they have live bacteria in it for a healthy gut as a probiotics. Hopefully, I get your response. Thank you🙏

I eat salad daily for dinner I mix soaked dates,almonds,chia nd pumpkin seeds,walnut,flaxseeds ,sunflower seeds,onion,cucumber,pinch of salt and pepper,lime crushed wth jowar roti.......on few days I have chicken wth dash of Mayo and cucumber onions......is it proper mixture of carbs and protein?

Hi Sir. A lot of Indians depend on Chipotle as their go-to restaurant when an Indian restaurant is not available nearby; especially during long drives as adding a little bit spicy sauce satisfies our Indian-tongue.. Can you show a review of Chipotle as well ? Take the help of Saravana Kumar & don't ever reveal his face. It's always good to have a tad of suspense & mystery .

Hi Dr. Pal, I hope you are doing well. Thank you so much for your tips and concern towards our health. I tried everything to lose weight(Keto, Paleo) i did lose weight but couldn't be consistent becos nambar odambu laam carbs saptu eh valandhom. Then, after seeing your videos I started with intermittent fasting. I slowly started with 12:12 and then cut down processed food and white sugar and that was doable and then moved to 16:8. I was obese class1 when I started this and now I'm overweight as I'm able to do this consistently I'm sure i will hit my normal BMI pretty soon. Thank you so much and to your Wife Mrs. Priya her videos has also helped me a lot. I need 1 help from you dr. Pal, could do a video on sugar substitutes pls!? Becos after i stopped white sugar i couldn't be consistent hence using coconut nut sugar in Moderation to low. Could you pls let us know which is better. Thank you❤

Hi, please advise the diet for women above 55, work from 8AM to 7PM. No way finishing dinner @6.0PM. By the time cooking is done it is 8.0PM. Not all fruits are easy to carry to work, so only time is available in the night to eat fruits.
