Grated ginger & turmeric tea is my staple rising drink ever morning for many years.💪💗🙏
@thanmayireddy3694 Жыл бұрын
Could you describe how to do that
@sevilles1 Жыл бұрын
I buy ginger and turmeric roots. I also buy empty tea bags. Peel the skins of even batch of both mostly of the ginger requires peeling but if it’s organic and cleaned well, you can skip this step. Then I grate both with a cheese grater. Then I put all the grated ginger and turmeric roots in a freezer ziplock and seal it. Then I lay it flat on the counter and run my spoon over plastic to make a grid so when I need pieces from the freezer it’s even portion to easily break off. I make them quarter size squares (little bigger). Lastly, I break off a square put it in a tea bag, tie it and pour boiling water over it. Gratefully, I don’t have gut or BM problems nor body pain thanks to these super powerhouse healers, cleaner diet and regular fasting.
