For the oats pancakes I added cinnamon ,hemp seeds and Chia seeds. Add soaked Chia seeds if u do not want to use eggs. Yeah. Great recipes. Appreciated.

Workout is very important during your weight loss journey 😊i did 2 hour exercise everyday but start from half hour oki just do zumba dance workout then also start including cardio , walk atleast 10 K steps per day if u cannot just at least increase your day to day activities ❤️ more over include green tea in your diet Also take black coffee with half lemon in morning with apple cider vinegar ❤️ Drink atleast 3-4 L of water per day and eat healthy food having low calories and proper nutrition ❤️ All the best ❤️ These are some tips which will definitely help you Agar ap exercise ni krna chahta to srf jo mne tips btaye h follow krlo apko results dekhna lgega❤️ all the best beautiful ❤️ m 2 months m 23 kr skti hu to ap to definitely krlogay
