Dr Saheb may Allah bless you all always. Today 19 the Sept. 2022 was 4 the day of exer. Dr sir ! I visit local market half km. from home for shopping. Max weight of groceries is not more than 5 kgs. Is it ok ? For the last one month I pray on chair , don't use stairs , don't use Indian commode. Is it possible for me to pray (namaz) in usual way i.e. bending, folding legs & sitting ?

Due to ACL tear in left knee few years back I developed pain in calf muscles. I am 65 years old male. After doing these exercises I feel much better.Now I have also citica pain in right leg. I have started the exercises suggested by you to relive citica pain and getting good results. Please advice can I do both the exercises together one for left knee pain and citica pain in right leg? Please advice.Thank you.

I have done ACL reconstruction surgery before four years back,but i am having very mild pain while climbing upstairs or getting down from upstair, what is the reason ,my age is 56 .how to recover from the mild pain,(ACL surgeryin my left leg,) my right leg also ACL tear problem is there but not operated , please give your advice
