just shows yr ignorance on b12, you cant have a plant based b12, that is only analogue b12, has no active b12 in it Fit only for the trash

I was taking methylcobalamin and it was making me pretty fatigued? Is this a normal response?

Some people may be more sensitive to changes in their vitamin levels, and even though methylcobalamin is essential for energy production, it's possible that it could cause fatigue in some individuals. It is also good to consult with your health care provider to see if you have any underlying issues causing fatigue.

Hello! 230 is a bit on the lower end of the optimal range, however you may want to discuss possible remedies and reasons for this with your doctor.💗
