Finally a trainer who resembles real world scenario of being in shape. I've been training so long off and on for years that I can usually tell what type of athlete or training a person has been doing by the shape of their body, dexterity, and physical limitations. MMA and calisthenics are great ways to perfect balance, agility, awareness of surroundings, and form. Form is another attribute I have yet to see on KZbin until I stumbled onto your channel. Bodybuilders' form during the exercise is different then calisthenics because most bodybuilders have limited dexterity causing certain motions outside of their normal training to look awkward. Great content bro! #Sub'd

I remember 50 years ago when I was 24 years old and bench pressing and squatting with 300 lbs and deadlifting 400 lbs. I joined a local karate school and did their bodyweight calisthenics. After about 30 minutes, I was ready to heave up a lung. Funny how strength doesn't always carry over to endurance. Then, compare the jumping ability of a ballet dancer with a powerlifter. There's a lot to be said for bodyweight exercising. Just ask any Navy SEAL or Special Forces guy.

Tried this just now. Got 4 exercises in and then almost passed out; my vision went blurry etc. That’s what happens though when you don’t work out much though. Next time I’m only going to try 30second rounds with 30sec rest, and then work my way up until I can do a full minute.

Of all the conditioning workout in the KZbin this is the toughest one, during 2020 lockdown for almost 2 months I regularly did this workout completing all 3 rounds. after a long gap did it today evening as we are currently under 7 days lockdown,it completely burned my ass. No matter how regularly you do this work out ,toughness is still same. My goal is to do 60 seconds each exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween instead of 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest that I have been doing, hopefully some day I will achieve it. I am doing MMA since october 2019. Honesty and Seriously any MMA or Muay thai or any conditioning workout is very very tough, you just wants to give up everytime but what motivates me is that my life is tougher than this one.
