The Liberty album was ignored after "Big Thing" in '88. They came back stronger than ever with the wedding album in '93. I've been trying to track down Sterling's bass drum head of the screaming girl...not the original, but maybe a copy to put on my wall.

Undeniably one of their best songs but made no impact on the charts. From biggest band in the world to zero at the turn of the nineties and then back again in style with Ordinary World in 1993 after being written off. A band with talent to burn never given the credit deserved as musicians and song writers. The fact they kept going despite a fickle public shows the music mattered. Serious sounds tremendous even 24 years later just as I thought it always would in the hot summer of 1990.
