I’m from Mauritius. Your work outs really help me out. I lose 7kg along with my diet which I follow everyday and also your work out which I do repeatedly for 2 hours per day. I've been doing your workouts for more than 3 weeks eith different workouts per day like 35 min , 30 min, 40min etc and I've lost pretty much considerable fat amount without even compromising my diet ( though i take least junk food like once a week) but a complete indian thali is best combo wid workouts

I have been doing this workout for around a week now and just a tip for everyone who's doing this. It will seem easier on the 1st day because you are highly motivated. It will be tougher after that but a tip to have motivation is that you can play songs according to your mood (On days when you aren't feeling Bollywood) it helps. P.s gets better by the 6-7th day. As your body gets accustomed to this, you can also do ab workout on top of it. (Chloe Ting's is also really good for belly fat burning) Doing both will help burn fat even faster ofc with a controlled diet. Amazingly choreographed workout!! Thank you for this!!

@@eyeshajunaid6031morning normal tea with one light oil Paratha, afternoon 2 chapati with non gravy sabzi less oily and at 6 pm again normal sugar tea half cup with 2 biscuits or one slice of bread or half paratha less oily. After 7 pm no food no drinks and at 9pm dance with dipti workout. I prefer night workout bcoz this gives me 13-15 hrs empty stomach so for called intermittent fasting that helps reducing belly fat more fast than doing workout daytime. Secondly night workout helps in having sound sleep. U should do this along with supplements of vitamins and calcium to avoid any kind of deficiency. Thanks.

Every time I do this exhausting routine, by the end I laugh a lot with the script " squats with feelings". Lol lol lol... feelings of exhaustion or happiness? In any way the music you chose makes me keep until the end, and I do my squats with proud and happiness.

Loved your workouts. I'm sweating more that I sweat while jogging. I have back pain from some years and my concern is whether this workout would increase that pain?

Hi bhawna.. if you dont have a medical condition of the back.. and its just regular back pain.. then with regular workouts (right ones..not extreme workouts) .. the back pain tends to actually go away..! Hope this helps

Loved your workout. Done with a lot of feelings and energy.I have been doing workouts for the last few years but slackend due to the lockdown. I follow the entire workout except the jumping or squats as my knees are weak. Any alternative to that. Thanks a lot Deepti

In most of my intense workouts.. i am trying to put low impact options now For squats.. dont go very low.. just do enough to keep you comfortable.. it wil still put some pressure on thighs.. plus allow your knees to slowly get stronger.. Over months.. you will see improvement.. and might get better
