Hi from Brazil! It is awesome that you make such quality content available here on KZbin! Cheers to everyone who's had ACL repair as well as to those who will have it fixed someday.

I had knee reconstruction in 1974. The type of activities you suggest weren't offered to me . The consequence of that is a smaller thigh to the affected leg and a limp. I'll give your stretches and exercises a whirl. I'm 78 so this might not amount to much. I have a road bike which I ride. Considering this activity doesn't allow for full extension I may not be doing my affected leg any good. thanks for the video.

Thanks for always making great quality videos with detailed explanations. If I may add something, I think including some words of encouragement will help even more because from my experience it wasn't the exercises that were difficult but it was the psychological side of it when I found myself unable to do the things I used to be able to do after a knee surgery and often that lead me to give up on these kind of exercises and possibly hindering my recovery period. In fact, even after many years my quads are still not the same size. In any case, thanks for the quality content.

I fully agree psyhological part is harder part of the recovery..from accepting new situation, your current inability to do what you used to do, dealing with the fact that your recovery path may not be by the book etc. etc. It is hard. ☹️🥺

Would a full range split squat with deep knee bend be advantages for cartilage health and preservation after an osteochondral allograft procedure? I'm conflicted because what I read says both full range deep squats will hurt in long run and others say it can develop cartilage resilience. Thank you!

I had reconstruction after a fracture dislocation on my left knee at the end of February. I've been doing these exercises but still have minor difficulty walking down a grade or down a set of stairs. Am I missing an exercise?

IF YOU SLOWLY BUILD UP TO A SICK PUMP FROM BACKWARDS WALKING ASSISTED WITH TREADMILL TURNED ON AND MAYBE ADD ON A FLOSS BAND TOWARDS THE END, THE CRASH OF BLOODFLOW INTO THE TIGHT LIGAMENT WILL SIGNIFICANTLY HELP YOU IMPROVE RANGE FASTER AND WITH MORE COMFORT JUST DONT GET EXICTED AND PROGRESS TOO FAST!
