I come to be alone in the mountains by Lake Como, Italy when things feel chaotic back home. True Hermit mode. I Hike to get groceries and go for random walking adventures by myself. Im very aware and its very safe where I am. I cant express the importance of being alone and going within, allowing old things that dont serve you to be questioned and released. Watching this now in the fall of 2024. As a European American woman past my physically useful years, brought up in a family of much pain and joy, with a mother of huge capacity for care and love and judgement because of her deep faith and participation in the Catholic Church and all it's blessings and faults, this is powerful. I aspire to hope and love fully in a constructive way. I aspire to understand the forces at work in this epic time in which Iwe are living - I pray you all are still here among us. My heart is full, your discussion has come at the most ideal time for me, internally, in my immediate circumstances of life and as I take my baby steps to becoming in this tragic, potentially soul crushing, fear inducing, important opportunity for profound elevation. As people rise up in love as the true forces of darkness, of man's shadow selves are on full display, yours are the voices from which we may benefit . So much gratitude. I’m so happy I gave this interview a listen. My favorite part was the implementation of the sound healing in the interview. I participated and will be using those sacred sounds daily. It opened my heart and mind to a new understanding of self mastery. 💕💕💕

Devine timing this is for me to watch this video, this video presented itself to me a few weeks ago and I have avoided watching until today 12/30/2022. I have words but can't express them here. I purchased the Heal Thyself book two years ago but have not finished due to a blockage and a number of other aspects. I need to be in the presence of women like Queen Afua. I want to be in the same room as Queen Afua. I feel this is what I need to unblock so much that I hold within.

I'm right there with you sis! I've had a couple of her books for years and couldn't get past the first few pages because I wasn't ready yet. Idk what it is about 2023, but it's like a switch flipped and I'm finally in a space where I'm ready to embrace deeper healing and inner alignment. @@chimerelowman Thank youuu for your encouragement. I believe it is because I grew up in church and was taught we aren't supposed to build altars of graven images. So when it came to, building an altar I would stop right there. But after listening to the whole video I want to go deeper. I know in the word they built an altar for Christ.

Queen Afua is such a divine light. She’s someone who exudes elegance and simplicity of spirit. I loved that her son joined her and how attentive and full of love she looked with everything he had to say. I also loved her concept of home, both in making the vessels of our bodies homes and also making our physical spaces healing grounds for ourselves and the members of our family. I’ll definitely take that with me as I look to tap into my spiritual journey this year. I have her book Sacred Woman and I’m excited for the teachings inside!
