Nikki, I started with you and Grandma Helen sporadically from November on adding other little videos here and there. This one was WONDERFUL!! I could do it all and FINISH. I had been a decent athlete early. Had a stroke in my mid thirties, put on a lot of weight and could do minimal exercises. Small steps over the years. But nowI really enjoy rebounding with you! Coordination and balance are coming back. I’m now 66! Thanks so much for your time, efforts and encouragement! You are dear!

Brilliant 15minutes. Totally underestimated. Keep up the rhythm to the beat even used hand weights for first 5miuntes. It certainly got the heart rate up and a sweat going!!! Thanks Niki….Would do more like this any day! ❤😊

I definitely will do more! The mat came from American Floor Mats. 4 corner pieces are enough for my Jumpsport rebounder. I cannot remember exactly how much they cost.

Did 2 mile fast walks til *# plantar fasciitis. Now doing your clips and this “one mile”on my rebounder (springs). Was surprised to be sweating 2 min into it. Thanks for all your various clips with great music. Turning 69 this week, so got to keep moving!

Does anyone use an apple watch to try and record their workouts? I use cross training, HIIT or other... today I used indoor walk and kept up with the pace pretty well, but it only registered .85 of a mile. I have a series 6. I noticed my watch doesn't count rebounded as steps either. I'm only curious if anyone has any thoughts on this? TIA!

Hopefully one of my channel regulars will chime in here. I don't wear a sport watch, so I couldn't say. :) I think many people use "mixed cardio" on their Apple Watch.
