I think this is a very good first scenario, but there is no "Global Alert". In the event of a global emergency, they would likely tone this as a regular EAN, meaning that the screen would just say "National Alert", unless every character generator was edited. The audio can say "This is a global emergency", but the screen itself would say "National Alert".

Global Alerts are usually used in Near Death Experiences that will happen in the next few minutes. It is only used in certain situations. For Example maybe The Earth's Core is about to blow up, Maybe the Next new plague is gonna cause Zombies to exist. Stuff like that will usually need to be Global Alerts in these certain situations. For the first one though I understand the mixup. When it is just one nation and no other nations play a part it is only a National Alert. Hope this Helps! Btw Global Alerts are Usually issued by the United Nations and NATO

This is a nice scenario! I'd like to point out that, while people have pointed out the "Global Alert" deal, the audio of the weather radios is inaccurate: one of them is giving a warning tone (accurate), while the other (likely a Midland) was sounding a watch tone (an EAN, if aired over NOAA weather radio, would sound as a warning).

Is it just me or do I find 0:58 all the way 9:51 kind of soothing in a way with the voice and siren he used? Because at 10:32 is where it got me fucked up with how loud the voice is here. I have watched this scenario so many damn times over the years to the point where I can sleep around 0:58 (siren starts going off.) and 1:12 (voice starts talking.) all the way to 9:51 (end of the third and final broadcast with the voice he used.) because of how near quiet the voice sounds since Phoenix used it a total of 3 times before using the voice he used at 10:32. (voice getting loud, announcing that the entity event has gone global.) Or am I just low-key, mid-key, high-key kinda fucking crazy?
