Thanks! Ours was way overdue for a clean! You don't have to remove the screws, there are clips on the sprayer and it pops off.😁

Can you please show how to drain after E4 Error which indicates “overflow”

My guess is that something is stuck in the bigger drain hole (shown at 0:59 in the video) and/or in the hose that takes the water out (the left one on the back of the machine). I'd probably use an air compressor to blow the water/air through it, or soak it with vinegar if it doesn't want to come out
