I'd love sprouting videos!! I LOVE sprouts / sprouting! So easy and delicious. Every night I have a big green salad with lots of kale, lettuce, dandelions, etc and with a LOT of sprouts -- usually mung beans, lentils, fenugreek, buckwheat, and some chick peas...and microgreens too, of course -- Alfalfa is one of my favorite... I always have jars of new sprouts growing.... since I eat so many each day... I just put beans or seeds in large mason jar with mesh lid - soak overnight, then dump out water and put in drying rack or bowl upside down. Rinse twice / day and then in a few days (depending on type of sprouts) big jar full of sprouts. They seem to store well in fridge for a a long time (although they rarely last that long for me ;) Lids link that I use: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QW6V2Q3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

if you mix the onion with the vinigar beforehand and let it sit for a while and add it together, the onion is less strong and almost cooked a bit by the vinagar. also apple would be great with this

@kivakarmen86284 жыл бұрын
Walmart. These are mason jars. Ball is the brand. You can get the half gallon size, 1.5 quart, or quart size. They come in a case from anywhere from $8-12 plus tax. They should be in the section near the reusable rubbermaid bowls.
