But since different people have different preferences, I mentioned the variation of making crisper cutlets with a breadcrumbs coating.

You're most welcome, Barbara. Yes, you could bake these either with a coating of breadcrumbs/semolina or without any coating. If you choose the latter option, just brush the patties with a little oil first. Bake them at 200 C for around 25 to 30 minutes, flipping the patties after the first 15 minutes or so.
