So glad that you posted this recipe😊. I have a nut allergy however I can eat almonds, I have been looking for a fruit cake recipe that I can use that doesn't have pecans. or walnuts. I have all of needed ingredients in my pantry except the candy to fruit. I can't wait to try this recipe. 😍 Do you think it would be okay to add some extra raisins instead of the pecans? Hi, Asma from Pakistan. I love to see and practice your recipe, I must say they are mouthwatering and very delicious. I have a question, My oven is very little to bake in 2 tins at a time should I put water in loaf tins or in some ramakans ?

Hi Asma ! Thanks for your kind words ! I appreciate them. Adding the water is not 100% necessary, but if you can get even a little ramakin into the oven at the same time, then that's good. You can even do only 1/2 a recipe if that is better for you. I hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching ! 😊
