Finally I have got a wheelchair accessible kitchen so hoping to get back to cooking.. Cooking books still packed know my old faithful recipes without having to think however when it comes to your books it is not I want ur books it is I NEED YOUR BOOKS 😂😂😂 my son in law has never had pleasure of my cooking and baking as literally been stuck in bedroom upstairs for the 6 years they have been together and few years before that... Silver lining Lockdown Covid felt no different to me but other folk got a taste of what folk with disabilities in unsuitable accomodation feels like.. Exciting times ahead I hope back into heart of home the kitchen. 😍 Thanks for wonderful one pot recipes it will make life easier as I gear up... I sent saty and coconut pork one to my daughter it looks devine but 😪 I can not go near as allergy to peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts and coconut to name a few can always adapt but daughter chuffed so she is it making tomorrow.

Good and easy peanut sauce. I thought it was a lttlte heavy on the fish sauce and not peanutty enough, so I used only 1 tbsp of fish sauce but 3 tbsp of peanut butter. I find that a simple 30 sec in the microwave enables you to blend the sauce together perfectly.

Those recipes are great but what really rubs me the wrong way is the stated quantities vs. what is really used in the video. For example, the official quantity of peanut butter in the recipe is stated as 2 TBSP's but if you look at how much he puts in there, it's WAAAAAY more than 2 TBSP's. Judging by eye, I'd say he's adding AT LEAST 8 TBSP's in there. Same goes for all the other liquid ingredients AND the brown sugar. How do you expect people to be successful if you don't at least make an effort to report the quantities at least closer to reality? It make a HUGE difference in the end results you know. I wouldn't mind if you put let's say 3 TBSP's instead of 2.... but you're putting 4 times as much as stated for almost every ingredient.

LMAO, This guy does not even know the meaning to satay, he should just leave out the word "SATAY" and just go with peanut sauce noodle. The dressing ingredients that he put is not for Satay peanut sauce. In our satay sauce there is no sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice and fish sauce. The Satay peanut sauce dressing ingredient is just 2 thing right peanut sauce and sugar. Who put fish sauce in satay sauce? My ancestor will crawl from the graves and whack me for that! Don't put asian ingredient into your food and call it asian food not even close. This people don't even put effort and learn southeast asian culture. It's just an insult of the our culture. Just like the last stupid call rendang chicken not crispy! If you are not learning asian cooking properly stick to your europe cooking. No wonder Uncle Roger roast you all up. Please try make a video putting pineapple in italian pizza see what happen to you!
