Today, Mark is grating up some bologna to create some fantastic pulled bologna sandwiches. These sandwiches are seasoned and sauced with Killer Hogs BBQ products, mixed with coleslaw and mayo, and grilled on a flat top.

Pulled Bologna Sandwich:
Ingredients:
1 Chub of Bologna
1 Killer Hogs BBQ Rub
1 Killer Hogs BBQ Sauce
1 Package of Coleslaw
1 Package of Buns
Blue Plate Mayo
1 Cheese Grater
Directions:
1. First things first, take that Chub and grate it on the cheese grater.
2. Lightly season it with a lower salt content rub.
3. Whip up some coleslaw and throw it in the fridge.
4. Get the shredded bologna on the flat top and get some good color and crust on it.
5. Drizzle a little sauce and let the sugars caramelize.
6. BUILD that pulled pork, chicken, beef, pig nose, pig feet, and who knows what else sandwich. (AKA pulled bologna sandwich).
7. Enjoy!
