I was Ketovore for a year and now carnivore for another year. I have neuropathy in my lower legs and feet due to lower spinal cord damage cause by being on the operating table for too long with my BP and oxygen levels being too low. Should I still look into acetyl L-carnitine or just keep my carnivore way of eating and hobbling around from room to room. I should mention that when I woke up from surgery, I was paralyzed from the waist down for 4 or 5 months before I started getting some movement back in my legs

Howdy Hillbilly hermit! (I love your handle!). i'm so sorry that you had to suffer this. You'd be surprised at the number of injuries that occur because many surgeons do not pay attention to the nerve compression they are causing by keeping a patient in the same position for hours. Keto & Carnivore diets have many benefits for healing but should only be used short-term, especially carnivore, because you don't get enough varied antioxidants with a carnivore diet. I would suggest you now switch to an anti-inflammatory diet, which will substantially up your antioxidant level, which you'll need for the next stage of your healing. In your videos it says stabilized r-ala on the bottle, but the term stabilized is absent on my bottles!??? Have you changed from Sodium r-ala to normal r-ala or what is happening? And what is the dose of r-ala compared to Sodium r-ala (which are much more potent) ? And thanks a lot for your professional advices in general 😀

I have peripheral neuropathy from type 2 diabetes in my legs feet hands and arms what can I do about the swelling I ordered and took a bottle of nuphoria cm gold and I used 1 bottle of the rapid relief cream both seemed to help. I don't have Diabetes and my liver is not damaged my doctor had thought it was and i don't have syphillus which apparently is another cause. But i have Peripheral Neuropathy....help

I would say a ‘carnivore’ diet, easiest is beef, Celtic salt, water. Try it for 30-90 days. Unbelievable the illnesses and diseases that have been cu>ed with it!! Plant based diets have plants that have large amounts of ‘their own pesticides that we have issues with. Meat diets are like an eliminating one.

Nutrients especially vitamin bi , Benfotimine . Also protein .good fat . Get off of seed oils Suger . Flour , bread pasta soda etc . R alpha lipoic acid . All the b vitamins , but not synthetics . Eggs have . All amino acid .I eat two to four eggs a day. Listen to this doc .

Am I able to buy your products using United Health Care benefits, my Medicare Advantage Plan? The REASON I joined up with UHC is that I would be able to buy vitamins and supplements, but they don't allow anything but Walmart brand - which I won't use because they are such poor quality.
