Today I'm cooking a quick, tasty pasta dish. There is chicken with vegetables and pasta from just one pan. In just 15 minutes you have a finished lunch or dinner and you don't even have to pre-cook the pasta. Everything goes straight into the pan and is cooked in one go. 3 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons oil
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
2 garlic
1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, paprika, cumin
700 ml milk (5 cups)
300 g penne pasta (4 cups)
100 g cheese, grated (1 cup)
optional: fresh parsley

As l am watching this l become more and more aware of the possibilities for creative eating. One could use coconut milk, Asian spices, all kinds of vegetables, you could use Mongolian spices, add cooked noodles, make it your own. It looks yummy as you cooked it. I'm trying to write down this recipe - it says 5 cups of milk, but I see she is putting in 1 Litre which equals 4.22 cups - I watched to see if the level rose in the pan with more milk but it didn't, so I guess it's a little over 4 cups. Figuring a one pound box of penne, can't wait to try this!
