Hi beautiful Kiki, thank you for your video and for being so brave during this difficult time. I made up a recipe for butternut lasagne. My butternut sauce is very similar to yours. I add a cup of low fat coconut cream with the water and stock cube before blending. In a casserole dish , I pour a layer of sauce, then place 3 lasagne sheets on top and repeat twice more. For the topping I mix 1 cup of plain vegan yoghurt with salt, pepper, a dash of mustard powder and mix together. Drizzle that on top of the lasagne. For crunch topping I blits 2 thick slices of sourdough bread and add a few chopped spring onions, parsley and any other fresh herbs i have. Mix well and sprinkle on top. I drizzle 2 teaspoons of sesame oil on top and dust with sweet paprika. Cover with foil bake for 45 mins, remove foil and bake until crumbs, are golden. Serve with vegan cabbage slaw or crisp green salad. It is so delish, I make it very often. I am sure your family will love it too. Take care. Gale x

The reason the garlic salt makes food taste so good is because it's mostly salt. The ratio is 1 part ground garlic to 3 parts salt, so just be aware of this for those of you watching your salt intake. The recipe looks so delicious. Thank you for sharing it, Kiki!

Hey Kiki! I bought your cook book when I first saw a video pop up on YT. I didn’t read it back to back for 1-2 months. Then 6 weeks ago I did. I am 41 and couldn’t lose weight. I already haven’t ate meat for 11 years. Long story short, I’ve learned a lot from you HCH & Dr. McDougall. My 6 week weigh in is 12 pounds gone. I am guessing I have 13 more to go.
