Fun hack, instead of cashews use unsweetened plain cashew yogurt for your base. Same taste, great sauce consistency, and a lot less calories. I use Foragers.

I just made this today. I loved it. I think it will be my go to. I feel full and satisfied no headache. In case she doesn’t answer this, I have watched all her videos. In an old video, she had a meal prep where she shows in real time how long it takes and how she Oreos her potatoes, beans and something else for the week. She said she preps on Sunday and by Wednesday it’s mostly gone. Then, she uses frozen potatoes in her fridge. That was like two years ago but it might not have changed. If you want to search the video it’s before the pandemic for sure.

So I would love to know all the things you ate to lose weight! I know you’re showing us these, but did you eat less at the time and then added more as you lost the weight? And what foods did you make sure you didnt eat during your weight loss?? I have been eating this way since the beginning of the year with no weight loss. I am a cancer patient taking hormone pills. I just get frustrated because they say it was inflammation that caused the cancer and I want to lose the inflammation to remove the cancer. Ugh! Thank you!

While losing weight all she did was walk for 30-40 mins a day. Now she walks 10,000 steps at least everyday and weight lifts three days a week :)

Yes you could. You don’t need an air fryer for anything. But, it makes it easier. I put mine in the oven at 425. It does take a little longer and you have to turn the potatoes but it works.

yep they eat what I eat but they add more calories by adding move avocado and dressing and they would put this in a wrap and not have it as a big salad bowl, although my 15 yr old loves these bowls but ends up eating 3 dinners lol cuz he's growing and needs the calories

Yum! I will definetly try this bowl. 🤤 I have tried many of your recipes Kiki and I just love them! 😍 What I'm struggling with is how to make a big amount of food. I have two teenage boys and a husband who all eat huuuge plates. (I eat quite a lot as well, not gonna lie ;P) If I was going to make this bowl for all of us I would likely have to use the air fryer 4 times and the oven at least twice.. which isn't sustainable every night for dinner.. I need help please! 🙏🏻
