Amake doctor boleche iron r patre ranna kore khete good fr health , stainless steel or glass r jug or copper r ta parle use korben bhalo. R silicon, plastic avoid korle best. I think your protein intake is almost nil which will break your body soon if you don't start consuming sufficient protein. You may see the weight loss in your weighing scale however you are actually losing your muscles. Please include protein in your meals and people who are following, please keep this in mind before blindly following any diet
