I can definitely be without eating any white rice or coffee and I can even adjust by only eating vegetable and fruits. But only for my mom's sake I am forced. Anyone who is living with their mom cannot have diet plan😂😂. And anyway thank you so much 🤩🤩

Yes I am also do this same diet plan I reduce 4 kg with in 2 week but little bit change is there I reduce the volume of food forex wake up time I take 500 ml warm water 30 mint brisk walk morning 1 dosa or 2 idly in between gap I take only water lunch 1 bowl rice any side dish evening 1 cup tea night 1 chappathi and I take lots of water because water only rise your metabolism and it's reduce your hungry evening 1 hour walking it's very useful for my weight loss

Hi, Thanks for the video.. With the motivation from the videos I prepared a own diet chart and reduce 8 kg. I started to analyze the cause of weight gain and weight loss and finally with my own diet chart I started diet on lockdown 3 on 17th of April. I was 98.5 kg and now after one month I am at 90.2 kg.. Really it was a great shock for me that I have lost 8 kg in a month and being healthy.. Once again thank you for your video and motivation

Nice topic but not suitable for diabetics! Also focused on caloric reduction which doesn’t work longterm needs lots of changes, must cut carbs to 50 grams per day, cut all fruits, skip breakfast to increase fasting time, that’s a healthier option.

This is the normal diet plan of every indian.. How can this help in weight loss sis...?? Unless and until you workout nothing is gonna happ sis.. Take apple cider vinegar in the mor for good results... And take carbs only once in a day and have eggs /fruits in the mor.. Rice in the afternoon that too very little not even a cup... Little rice with more veggies will do.. N then Chapathi at night.. If you take carbs all the three times.. Then it's very difficult to lose weight.. It's not poss at all...

Carbs are not bad for everyone. Going low carbs for one e time of the day is a great start. People with good metabolism can lose weight by going low carb for dinner.

Nice diet chart but don't u think eating fruits or veggies raw at night is bad for tummy ,coz after sunset our digestion power decreases.... so the stomach has to put in a lot of effort for digestion.... so eat raw veggies and fruits during day and eat dinner 2 hrs prior going to sleep .. practically that's good medically....
