My word this year is " God". I find that if I put him 1st in absolutely everything & I mean everything, my life is so much better even when I go through hard times.

We have always picked a short phrase to focus on and this year it's "Embrace the chaos". We had our 3rd child, moved across the country away from all family, and life has just been chaos ever since. So, we are trying to learn to embrace the chaos, be flexible, and have fun with our children.

I’ve always heard people picking their word for the year and never had a desire to. For some reason you’ve inspired me, I choose persevere. When things get tough, particularly when it comes to eating well, I don’t always buckle down. This year I will persevere

My word this year is “commitment.” I feel like it really is key for me to succeed at anything g I want or need to accomplish. Without commitment it’s too easy to let things slide or never break or form that new habit etc. Happy new years, Stanczycks! I keep you all in my prayers and appreciate your content so much❤

Hey Family! I have been diligent in finding you all here. You are part of my weekend routine. My word for the year is Joy and my scripture is Psalm 23:6 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord my whole life long. I’m taking on a new responsibility at work and I’m excited and nervous about it. It’s important that I find joy even in the hard parts. Sending joy and love your way!!

This was such a good video!! I love your transparency and that you love God too. I think my word for the year will be CONTENT because I struggle with feelings of inadequacy that we don’t have enough money to live the lifestyle we desire and it just creates so many bitter feelings and I hate that. I find myself resenting others who can live in warm climates and eat the right foods and don’t struggle financially. I don’t want to feel this way so I’ve been journaling my feelings and asking God to heal those fears and resentments and forgive me for not trusting Him enough.

My word is healing. I broke my upper arm. Last year. And it takes a long time to heal. But i am on the path to not only heal my arm, but heal my body. I believe that eating healthy whole foods that it has helped me to heal faster. I always focused on others. Since that happened, i really have been able to focus on myself. I have taken out toxic people out of my life, and I really believe if this had not happened, i would still be on this path of negativity and sickness. Surround yourself always with positive people. I believe in God, he has a purpose for me. I have always been interested in nutrition and the power of healing foods. This will be my path forward. Thank you for making this channel. 😊

Thank you for this beautiful honest video. It's so hard to stay on track with being a good parent, especially vegan ones living in a non-vegan world. I also start every day with 'I want to be a good role model' and 'I want to leave this earth a better place than it was before I arrived'. These 2 things help my mind and actions stay inline with my purpose. And thanks for showing us healthy living and delicious recipes as usual 💚

Happy 2023! The word I am embodying this year is Trust. To trust myself, my intuition, and the process. Trusting in the Law of Attraction and that the Universe is on my side. I struggle with chronic anxiety, self limiting thoughts, worries, and fear. My goal this year is to work on replacing those negative thought patterns with gratitude and to manifest joyful abundance ✌️

Great video! My word for the year- Realignment. Getting back to all the healthy, and soul nourishing, habits I once practiced and fell out of the past few years. And yes, limiting screen time at bedtime and wake up time, same for me! Have a great weekend ya'll ❤️

My theme for this year is "Results" because I always start things I don't finish, or I don't stay consistent so, I usually have nothing to show for myself..... I have some references you guys might find helpful: 1. Fitness Blender- a workout website that has free workouts and workout programs for every level. It's very organized and easy to navigate. There are a variety of different types of workouts and programs depending on your workout goals/style. It's very functional and fun. 2. Costco- a store that sells items in bulk, mostly good deals, they have organic produce and frozen fruits; membership is $60/yr and is very much worth it especially for families of 2+, the only catch is, you can't shop there if you don't have a membership. They also have many food sample stations around the store so you can have something to eat if you want while you're shopping. They also have "business center" stores where they sell nearly the same products, but it's packaged more for places like restaurants or stores. Ex: instead of selling a box of canned foods like they would in a regular store, they would sell one huge can at the business center. The business centers open at 7am (regular stores open at 10am or 9:30am depending on location). I go there mostly for produce and frozen fruits when I want to shop early. 3. "FlavCity with "Bobby Parrish" KZbin channel- He also lives in Florida. A collab would be awesome because he is also health conscious. His channel consists of going to places like Walmart, Target, Costco, Aldi, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes to find deals of the best quality food items (and supplies). He goes over the ingredients, which ones are good and bad, and explains why because he does research. He also has an app where you can scan the barcode on products to see whether it's healthy or not. I find his channel very helpful because I have introduced so many new foods to eat/use which I really need being vegan. 4. "Heather Robertson" KZbin channel- She has free workouts and workout programs here on KZbin that I really love because the format of the routine makes it quite challenging.

Oh man, did I need to watch this. I have a 4 year old and 3 month old and things have been so crazy. We are making some big changes the last few months: decluttering big time, revamping rooms, focusing more on family time, and really getting my family to eat clean with me. But we’ve had roadblocks too: the after season lull, the cold weather, constant sickness, frequent tantrums from our oldest, etc. Been feeling like the new year already is not going according to plan and it was nice to relate to a lot of what you are talking about. And thanks for extending the bundle package! ❤

Happy new year! What a lovely video. I'm doing OK this new year. I live alone with my 18 year old son but my 20 year old daughter is visiting. We live in leeds England. In a little flat. I walked to the park and back today. Did about 4 and a half miles. Was well wrapped up cos it's cold! 😄. Bringing up two kids has been soooo hard for me. I was reflecting with my mum last night. My son doesn't want to give up his junk food habit. He ate good food when he was young a bit and while I was pregnant. It's in our home and I struggle to resist sugary snacks. I used to have a drink habit but haven't been drinking at all lately. I try to eat as healthily as I can. While also shopping and cooking for my son and my daughter when she's here. My children have never smoked or ever drank alcohol which I'm so thankful for. They're doing OK. I have a nicotine addiction. I vape and wish I could stop. One of my goals for the year is to rid myself of addictions. Another is to improve family dynamics. My mum and my children don't want to be wfpb or vegan and don't get why it's important to me. I worry for their health. Especially watching videos from the wfpb community. I hope this doesn't all sound negative. We're actually doing OK. We had a great Christmas. New year was especially nice. My daughter was dancing to music and me and my son were playing chess. I had cleaned up and lit candles. It was lovely. Here's to a year filled with lovely family moments 💕 ❤️ 💖 💛 💗 ✨️

Loved this video! Thank you for sharing your "word of the year"--- love it! I don't have a word of the year, but my only goals for this year are to read 1 book every month, and to stay hydrated. I have actually really been enjoying making time to read (hard to do as a mom, but it's been a really great way to wind down each evening instead of looking at a screen), and drinking more water has been really awesome too. Also, kind of random, but I remember in a previous video Dusty talking about something he uses on his leg to help with Cerebral Palsy. I was born 9 weeks early, and was told that I might have a slight case of CP, which has made my left leg ridiculously tight in my achilles and hamstring (which impacts everything else). But anyway, what is the product he uses that has helped with that muscle tightness? Thanks for all you do and all you share. Your videos inspire and bring a smile to my face. :)

Love your word of ‘Pure’, you’re reasons and that Bible verse ❤ also I’m trying to work on watching those words too. I’ve also been trying to have the boys say “I am loved” “I am smart” and on and on. Just positive uplifting words. And I need to do that for me too more❤ God bless my sister and brother! Oh Also was going to say, we understand those feelings because I’m a SAHM and don’t have a lot of family help as my Mama helps my sister a lot and way across town, kinda like your folks help Isaiah (we have an Isaiah too 🥰) and my dad went to be with the Lord last year. Also hub’s folks, his Mama works FT still and Papa isn’t one to help with kiddos I’ll just say haha, bless his heart. So yah, I’ve never even been away from the kiddos either for a long period of time. We’re a super close family though and love our time together and adventures out on our 15 acres and riding four wheelers together, planting our garden/wild flowers etc. thankful and blessed. But yah, Mom and Dad need some breaks at times phew 😂haha. Main breaks over last several months were a night out for a country concert at a little venue. Those were fun 🎶

Hey Tiffany! Getting started so the hardest part…but once you do, you’ll experience the amazing health benefits and it will get you excited and motivated to do more! Start small by getting that blender out. Add some water to the bottom. Then throw in some chia or flax, leafy greens like spinach, and some frozen bananas and other fruit + a good quality protein powder and blend it up! Drink every morning for a week and see what happens next!

'Abide'. I am the queen of checklists and tend to beat myself up if I don't check off 90% + of the things. I am someone who thrives off staying busy. I homeschool two boys who are now preteen and teen and so I feel like sometimes I'm barely catching myself coming and going. But we are called to rest in God and not be concerned about the day today and let Him take care of what our days look like. Many are the plans of men, but it is God who guides their steps. So that is my word for this year. My hope is to do so much more resting in Him. And yes! Isn't it so crazy how when we were kids movies and shows were viewed so differently. We grew up on Home Alone and on Home Improvement and loved the show. Watching those shows as adults and movies as adults with our kids my husband and I were takien aback by how disrespectful the kids are and how adult the shows can actually be! Thank you so much for being vulnerable and truthful on your channel. Love this episode as always.

We always make sure to let our families know what we are comfortable with and what we are not, but at the same time, we do have to make exceptions for things like birthday cake on birthdays, etc…if we are too rigid then it may hinder our children in the “real world” or create disordered eating patterns! Just so you mr best with them for the 99% of the time it’s just you guys at home and educate them on why you choose to eat the nourishing foods you do!
