Some thing that is super handy for parents is Arnica cream/oil for bruises and comfrey ointment for healing bones. The amount of times my children (or even myself) would bump into things I was so glad to have these things on hand to help heal. I broke my little finger a few times and it healed quickly because I used arnica and comfrey. xo

Oh my goodness, it’s so fantastic to get into a beautiful clean bed but there nothing worse than forgetting you didn’t make the bed when you go to get into it!! I thought you meant move house. I was waiting you to say you are moving to a tropical jungle! I’m glad you are still keeping the free you tube, I love the day in the life, cooking videos, I don’t really have time to watch long Q and A and get distracted if they are too long. . So many people I follow are suddenly moving to pay Chanel’s. where I appreciate you have to make money for all your effort many of us can’t afford to do too many Chanel’s if they start becoming payed. Love you guys. Your such an inspirational family.

Also, if you’re looking to move somewhere that’s warm all year and doesn’t have really any humidity, I’d recommend Arizona. I’m originally from NY and all of my family has slowly migrated to AZ, including myself and my husband 4.5 years ago. It’s the best decision we’ve ever made. There is a big plant based community in both Tucson and Phoenix (possibly in other cities, but I can only speak to those) and exercise is heavily promoted here as well. Lots of bicycles and joggers, an abundance of gyms and yoga studios, lots of parks, etc. Tons of great schools, and the cost of living is pretty good, too. And it’s very dog friendly here! If you have any questions, let me know!

I was born severely pigeon-toed and when I was a toddler a specialist formed small orthodics for my shoes and (kept updating them) until my feet grew straight. Your son only has a slight inward turn so it should be a shorter time to straighten the feet than what I endured but I started at his age. Important to do it before bones set permanently. Make sure you go to the best specialist - do extensive research. Even after the foot straightening wedges come out, make sure the arch support stays there even after the feet grow straight to prevent flat feet being permanent. Unfortunately my dr. didn't keep the arch support in once the straightening wedges were out (he just took everything out of my shoe) and now I have straight feet but they are ruler flat so keep the arch support in afterwards. P.S. Get a really good specialist - ask Mayo Clinic if they have a recommendation list of specialists in your area.
