hmm. I have tried eccentric or muscle lengthening exercises for bicep tendonitis at the elbow. They have helped. I also have tendinosis or itis at the shoulder, but more in the front of the area you point to in the video. Any good exercises for that? thanks

Hi, I have been diagnosed with tendinosis of the supraspinatus, and my pain feels like it's where you describe. Would you expect this area of pain from a supraspinatus tendinopathy? I have had this tendinopathy for a year and neither prolonged rest nor combined concentric/eccentric rotator cuff exercises have helped. Hence a purely eccentric programme is all I have left to try.

@@krj2009 hey man I have the same problem. Got tendinosis on my supraspinatus tendon. How is your shoulder after 10months ? If you need answer or have question we could share it togheter. I struggling with tendinosis like almost 9 months.
