I take it you test the crankshaft for straightness once welded? Do you Dyno test every engine once assembled? Do you test them at reduced atmospheric conditions as well?

gus bisbal we dial all cranks after welding, yet after welding in excess of 300 cranks we’ve pretty much qualified our welding process. We have dynoed at reduced atmosphere but also performed a lot of in-flight mapping which is the in fact real deal.
