Shows up worse in games like this

I think we need to wait until the deadline passes to say that for sure. If Kane goes on LTIR at the deadline we would have prob well over 10m in cap space. I just hope we have the assets to get a game changing player.

Special teams had a really good game. Drai is the MVP. Nurse has been pretty awful the last 2 games. Stecher took too many penalties. Ryan has no business playing in the NHL.

How does Ryan Nugent-Hopkins only have 5 points 5v5 playing with McDavid and Hyman all season... This dude is such an overrated freeloader floating through games. This team needs some players with actual balls. Too much sexy. Too much brain/thinking. Not enough action and ugly play.

i have pretty well only seen one defenseman ever be able to play that road hockey blocking shots and passes with skill and smarts in hockey history and that was borje salming when nurse flails around in his own end it looks absolutely ridiculous

This team has been masking it’s flaws which started in the offseason. This team is not Stanley Cup caliber. There are too many players who are not good enough to push team over the top.

Ah, yes. Darnell Nurse is back to doing Darnell Nurse things. I don't like piling on individual players as its a team game after all, but when they repeatedly commit the same mistakes over and over and over ad infinitum; its REALLY hard not to. I have no explanation why Nurse does these boneheaded moves, other than its either his ego or just sheer lack of intelligence on the ice.

he was alright for about a month but the last two games has reverted back to the mistake prone nurse when he jumps up in the rush and flails around in his own end bad stuff happens he makes passes that put his partner in trouble instead of moving it up quickly he reads the play wrong an awful lot although when he was playing good he kept it simple

We always loose badly to teams we should best. Team attitude and effort lacks hitting and team speed. Our defense checks by just swinging a stick, oilers play old Time hockey...... no slapshot and NO CHECKING!

nurse has been playing well for over a month but the last two games the mistake prone nurse is coming back ie a puck today off his stick for a goal and yesterday's game a puck hitting his stick leading to another goal as well some passes and reads putting his d partner in bad situations

I never like JJ summer .Brown ,janmark and ceci trade its ok but the signing of perry henrique skinner Arvirdsson , older , slower big mistake. Mcleod holloway foegele are all doing better with new team not even close .For me the biggest désappointement is nuge 4G 8A 12pts pts 5 on 5 playing with mcdavid. Perry and ryan should not be playing, goalie skinner cant be trusted , nurse is nurse ,nuge , podkolzin are third line winger .Will see at trade deadline what bowman do because oilers team now dont beat vegas Vancouver orLA best of seven
