Try not to go any lower until u have stablised, and only do very small amounts, I am on 40.55mg and only doing 1 bead at a time

I TAKE THE EFFEXOR FOR VERTIGO AND HAS BEEN THE ONLY THING THAT SLOWS IT DOWN FROM SEVERAL TIMES A DAY TO ONCE A WEEK OR SO….

I'm on day 335 of being off valium. I'm regressing in my recovery. It has me scared.

I'm 1 year off of klonopin and I feel worse than the beginning. It's awful. Hope we both feel better soon

@@edgetransit3320 The last two days have been a window. Today is too. I don't feel great but at least I'm not completely losing my sh*t. I never thought a year out I'd still be suffering. Last May 11th I was in the hospital because I basically cold turkeyed. Good luck my friend.
