I LOVE THIS. I wasn't really in the headspace to go super deep spiritually, and that's not what I was looking for when I chose this video. I needed something QUICK and TO THE POINT that made my body feel better after a long day of sitting in front of a computer. I appreciated the short length and pacing. And actually, after a nice extended savasana (sp), I found myself enjoying some spiritual time. THANK YOU!!!

Very nearly didn't do this video because of some of the comments but I'm so glad I did. Yes, the breathing cues could be more consistent, but if you are familiar with vinyasa flow yoga then you fill these in naturally. It's labelled as a strong flow so it's clearly not aimed at beginners, but for improvers/intermediate it's a fun, creative and fulfilling practice. Thank you for sharing!

Donna- I'm a college soccer player and this has been my go-to yoga practice the past 3 years when I really need to get a good stretch before games and practices. Such a great yoga practice to stretch out hips and legs. Thanks so much!

New research suggests yoga can be cardio by shortening time between poses. This accomplishes that. When i do yoga I want to workout, if I wanted to meditate I'd walk in the woods or pray. so thank you for challenging our physical abilities..

Great flow! I was a bit wobbly today in ardha chandrasana and had to take balasana for a minute or so. It was a good reminder to laugh at myself a little. We spend so much time stressing over the little things, and we can't "get a pose right." Its good to giggle a bit :) I'm also used to doing supine twists at the end of a flow, so that was a unique surprise. Like Mario said, excellent walk through of hand stand! :) The leg kick-ups were fun too :)

Donna, I need more yoga videos from you and Kate in my life! I hope you are planning on more soon. I do have one question regarding twisting. Towards the end when we were sitting and twisting you gave an option to bind. On one said I could easily bind but on the other my fingertips couldn't even touch. Should I try and not go as deep on my "good" side (even though it feels really nice) and wait for my "bad" side to catch up? Thanks for any help!

I did this as a cool down after a cardio/full body workout. I enjoyed it, not too long but still stretching all the major muscle groups. I'm a yoga teacher myself, and I would do this routine again as a cool down. definitely too short for a full practice. I agree with a couple other posts, if you are not an advanced or intermediate practitioner, it might be better to skip this one and find something on your level. great practice if you're pressed for time though!
