Eleanor's vlog - MOVE 8 week online programme

Check out this AMAZING vlog from Eleanor, a young person who has recently completed our 8 week online programme.
Eleanor was supported by Sophie Gasson, one of our fabulous cancer rehab instructors, and in this vlog she shares how during the 8 week programme, Sophie encouraged her to focus on what she CAN do. By recognising and setting goals, this gave something for Eleanor and Sophie to work towards and has allowed Eleanor to see what she is capable of and how she can continue to work towards getting fitter and finding her 'new normal'.
Eleanor is such an inspiring individual and her positivity is infectious.
