water baking soda and electricity, you put one lead(I cant remeber which) on the tank and the other on another peice of metal, The rust is drawn off the tank and onto the other peice of metal. When in doubt....Google is your friend

that was a huge hydrogen bubble be careful and turn off the source of igniton lol big boom!!!@!
