I have realized my facial musckes,lip corners, cheeks do not have to same level of tone or strength. I am following your toning excerises and gua sha tutorials. Would you recommend any other of your facial toning exercises to get them more same/same?

how many days per week should we be doing this exercise, as i'm also doing the double chin & goodbye eyebags one exercise right after the other, as I started 4 days ago & have been doing mouth corners,double chin &? eyebags back to back everyday, should I be doing it every other day or is every day ok

Hi Polina, I'm a 60+ woman who has very little wrinkles (so grateful) but around my mouth it's what bothers me big time. So I'm hoping this workout is what I need to tighten those muscles-thank you. I will try these at night before bed. Appreciate you not just telling us but showing so we could follow along! I get everyone is different but how long will it take to see some difference and I'm assuming if one does it daily?

Thanks for your feedback and I'm happy you enjoyed the video🌸Yes this one will be good for any folds/lines around the mouth, and with daily application, you should be able to see some results in 4-6 weeks. Do also include face massage with oil to tone and smooth over the lines in this area, I have some in the Massage section which you might like, do take a look :)💆‍♀

Ho Polina, I have deep naselfold smile lines I'm trying to reduce. When I do this mouth corner exercise, I feel like the nasel folds need improvement to really help with down turned mouth. Do you have any suggestions? I'm 56 and really want lift and to improve these areas naturally. Thank you for everything you do❤

I'd recommend pressing the lips less so that you can create a neutral even line through the mouth corners as much as possible 🌸

I've just started watching your videos and I have a couple of questions if that's ok? Firstly, do you suggest doing these exercises once every day? Secondly one side of my face is definitely weaker than the other and noticeably more downturned and 'flatter', would you recommend doing more repetitions on that side or always do the exercises symmetrically on both sides? Hi Jules, thanks for your questions, and for watching the videos! Yes doing it daily is the best, if not, then 5-6 times a week as standard to see and maintain results. I would work on both sides in a balanced way so that the muscles work symmetrically 🌷

Is bringing your lip corners up, as in step 2, the same thing as trying to smile with the lips turned in?? I’m not sure of the technique for this part.

Essentially yes, we're trying to smile with the lips wrapped in, although I deliberately avoid using the word 'smile' in the video as it means there will be an over engagement in the eye muscles which we don't want (we want more engagement around the mouth and in the cheeks). So think of it as connecting to the mouth corners and lifting them up (as if to smile) 🌸💆‍♀

Every time we engage the muscles, we hold for 10 counts/10 seconds. you can repeat each one up to 3 times. For this no face oil, since we're doing strengthening of the muscles. It will help reduce the nasolabial folds (smile lines) since we're working here on cheek lifting and toning. Hope this helps!🌸

It should never hurt when doing the exercises. Not sure why you feel so much pain, possibly you might be over engaging the muscles or compensating with squeezing up somewhere else in the face. So Please stop the exercises for the time being. You can retry again in a few days time, when you can try engaging the muscles gently so that you don't feel discomfort.

I thought i had to engage the muscles as much as possible, and i even did some of the exercises a couple of times more. I´ll rest my face for a couple of days and try engaging more gently.

We're smoothing the lines in so as to check that we haven't engaged into the cheeks, as this exercise should be felt in the chin, jaw and neck. It's telling the face to disengage the cheeks.

I dont believe it but it works. I go to the gym, when muscles hurt it means its developing, same with this exercise, theres pain meaning the facial muscles are activating. Remember "no pai, no gain"

Try and you will see the results.. it's impressive. I practice bodybuilding and fitness since I'm 16 .. I'm 61. Ex professional dancer and triathlete..the face is an other thing. But as a dancer I practice stretching on the floor every days after my workout at the gym. My body is perfectly muscular. In 2019 L.A fitness wanted me as a model. The face is really an other thing

hi Polina, when I engage the muscle can I hold for more than 10 seconds I mean 30 seconds each time? will it be harmful or not? plz reply. I,m 60+ woman & have deep marionate lines. You look amazing at your age.

Thanks for your question🌸 it will not be harmful if you were to hold for 30 seconds, as long as your technique is good and you're not overcompensating somewhere else and tensing there. You might like to check out my other video specifically on Marionette lines 😀💆‍♀
