Hi Polina, I’m a big fan of your emphasis on proper technique. Question: When I do the first exercise it creates laughter lines around my mouth based on my face shape. Should I be doing it still or put hands to prevent the lines? Thank you!

Thank you for watching the videos and I'm happy to hear you enjoy doing the exercises with the proper technique 🌸💆♀ If the O shape doesn't suit your mouth, you can change the O shape into the scoop shape (wrapping both bottom Lio and upper lip in, where you'll get smoothness over the lip line) and pull up the mouth corners from the scoop position. Minimal lines are ok, but obviously not excessive lines. If that one still doesn't work, then omit this one and move on to the next exercise🌸🌷 Hope this helps!

I went for the chiseled, hollow cheek look (mistake) and want to restore that rounded volume to my cheeks. The question I have is once this is done how do I prevent the added weight from sagging. Can you recommend face lifting exercises that won't adversely affect the fullness in my cheeks? Thank you from a loooooong time subscriber.

Thanks for your comment and question🌸 irrespective of whether you'll be restoring the fullness in the face naturally or with procedures, cheek strengthening exercises will need to be done to keep the cheeks muscles in good condition so that the face doesn't "slide" with gravity 😅 that means working low, mid and upper cheeks in precise way to strengthen the muscles. Most of the techniques are explained in the main Face Volume video I posted previously 💆♀ Hope this helps!

i get laugh lines while doing the 1st n 2nd exercise,is it ok or should I use my fingers to smooth them out. Secondly while stretching your mouth corner do you need to roll the upper n lower lip and press them against each other or just smile normally?

Thank you for watching the videos and your comments 🌸 the massages work in a very specific way to lift the ageing skin and also to relax tension in the muscles and if done correctly will not be pulling the skin and stretching it. Doing it correctly means always make sure you have face oil, always work from the centre outwards and follow the instructions in the video. If you're still unsure, and massage doesn't resonate well with you, then focus on the strengthening only, that would be a good solution and puts your mind at rest 💆♀🌷 hope this helps!

Ideally one should practice daily until results can be seen, it's hard to say how long it will take, but definitely within 2 months you should start seeing some difference although everyone is different 💆♀ I'm 49 😀 so not that young !😅
