I LOVE your non vocal videos so much. The little countdown and clock are PERFECT. I absolutely cannot stand instructors who feel the need to talk through the entire workout. Instant block. Especially the *enthusiastic* ra ra cheerleader types 😬 I always feel calm, revitalised, strong and like I’ve worked when doing your workouts 🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️ and your music choices are top tier

Right? It’s so relaxing. Just tricky in a flat laying position while she’s doing left and right side and I stick to one as my eyes are on the ground 😅 back up I’m super confused and rewind the video

Hey ..u did scorpion stretch in cobra stretch after seal….the name flashing was cobra but the stretch was i think scorpion…otherwise..great video❤

И я на неё вдохновенно глазею, вкушая хмельной виноградовый сок. А профиль орлиный (знак чисто дворянский) привносит величье, свободу степей. Я им, как могу, восхищаюсь мещански. Ей верю всё больше, почти как себе!
