I have started your 3 different (10days challenges ) for waist.. Day-1 ✓ ( it's easy n I enjoyed) .... I'll give my daily update..on daily basis..!!!!! Day-2 ✓ Day-3 ✓ (not able to see visible change,but I'll complete the whole challenge and update whether it's working or not) Day 4 - ❌ Day 5-✓ Day 6-✓( I'm not able to see any difference yet 😞) Day 7-✓ Day 8- ✓( can see changes in my waist)

Try to move your upper body, let the lower part stay still, just move the waist, its easy try focusing only on the upper body
