This is the best 30-minute workout so far on KZbin! I've been trying different videos for over a year and love this one so much. It is not too hard, not too easy, not too long, not too short, just right and enough to sweat while targeting the waist, butt, inner thigh and lower belly all at the same time. I like standing waist and belly workout better than the ones laying down because the standing one burns more calories and makes you sweat more. 30 minutes I kill 200 calories and slim my waist and legs, results are showing. Thank you for making this video.

Ive been following you from past month and I suffer from constant fatigue and thyroid problems. In order to lose weight I have to do cardio and trust me your cardio pushes me to complete almost 3sets full of energy and aerobic routine I look forward to working out with you. Love from India Susana

This is great for me ...I’m over 60 and really don’t want to jump anymore but I still like to be challenged with cardio so thanks...more of these types of workouts would be welcome

I had took it a1 month challenge and absolutely within 1month I can notice a huge difference thanks susana also I love to request u to make 15 -30 days challenge for slim face to eliminate face fat

I feel like this is actually a full body workout. It's easy to modify if you can't do higher impact. I got all the way through it! I look forward to adding this to my working routine and seeing results. I also love that even during the rest period you are working your abs, if you can.

This is the best cardio workout not too tough not too easy. I have been following your workout vedios and practicing few workouts and they have helped me a lot. I have shaped my back through your workouts. Plz help me in reducing my tummy, I am a mother of 5yr old girl after my C"section I have a big tummy which am unable to reduce. June 14: did for one week only. The exercise does not seems to be good for my knee. Weight:128 waist: from 28 to 27. i use waist trainer as well
