That must have been a particularly hard last 6months, but bloody hell you managed it!! Remember this time as you can look back on this later and say “Yeah, it was HARD but even with end of days level shit going on I STILL DID IT” You might have felt you held it together with bubble gum and string at times, but shit got the job done. I feel you on lots of the points you raised, I also have a brain that fucking hates me and motivates me, and pushes me and holds me back. But you’re you, and you’re perfect just as you are. Well bloody done you.

i haven't had a drink all through lock down and feel better for it not stopped but just cut down i wouldn't rule going out in the future but slow down i'm very addictive personality been addicted to sex, eating, drinking...which i still do but in moderation That's the key i think. i'm trying to write a stand up routine only done it once before at the Jacaranda in Liverpool. all the best Eleanor
