It's amazing when you say Elvis how many people open up. And it is refreshing to see an old style motel with good people running it and without criminal standing in the doorways sizing you up.

More great detailed pieces of the Elvis puzzle. Those old buildings are boss, with the cool crown moldings & old school signage still in place. The old lighting board makes you get the vibe of when Elvis would have been there. Ms Linda is cute as a bug's ear helping you navigate around the building there in Kingsport. Tennessee Ted was having a good time too, scopin' things out. Thanks again.

Three great videos on Elvis coming to Kingsport, I'd have never known any of this. I'm glad there's someone like you going around to film all this while it's still there. I'm shocked that they didn't do like my small town over the state line in VA and tear down a lot of their older historical buildings. God Bless Elvis and all Elvis fans no matter where in the world they are. They'll never be another artist as kind and unique as Elvis.

I was born in Kingsport, lived there until I Was 12 in 1964. Mead Paper Co. had an annual Christmas party there in the Civic Auditorium every year. It seems you have got a real running buddy in ole Ted☺️. Another stellar performance. Have you (I’m sure you have) considered this same thing in Shreveport at the auditorium where they had the Hayride? I was there about 10 years ago and tried to get in...I didn’t have as much much as you two rounders did. James Burtons place is directly across the street and as luck would have it...no one was there either🤣. Good job buddy, I loved it, can’t wait for the 3rd episode.

I feel so sorry for the daughter not being able to find the signing in card with Elvis' signature So in fact it looks like Col.Tom Parker made sure Elvis WAS billed as the headline act - I can see now what a canny manager he was in promoting Elvis' rise to fame so quickly - Great work Spa Guy

Elvis was in Kingsport more than once. ↪️ Elvis dated a stewardess on my street here in Kingsport for quite some time. ↪️ My aunt had pictures of Elvis in his military uniform when he was at the train station downtown Kingsport holding her daughter and with other family members. ↪️ The motel you saw use to be very lovely. ↪️ Elvis also performed at Freedom Hall in Johnson City, Tn in the 70's. About twenty minutes from Kingsport, Tn. My cousin went, had her video recorder with her hidden. She got the whole concert on video 🎥
