I'm nearly 70 and have heart disease. Just started this workout 3x week three weeks ago. Clearly I'm enjoying it and it's good for me. Now if I can just get my hubby to try it!

I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Knees and back are shot. Boxing/Muay Thai are the only workouts I actually enjoyed, so I got a bag for the garage. This video has been exactly what I needed for getting back into working out. Thank you for putting it together, and everything you do for us.

The 1st 4 days of this were really tough for me. I couldn't get passed round 5 without taking a long break. Today is the 1st day that I was able to go all rounds without needing longer than 20 second breaks.

That was my first boxing work out ever, and by the time I was done, my hands hurt so bad I could barely hit the bag. But I kept up with you and pushed through. I’ll definitely be coming back to this.

I found this video and honestly, I underestimated the workout. I am 40 yrs old and thought I was in ok shape until I started doing some heavy bag work about 2 months ago. Now I'm hooked like a bass in the grass.

I have been doing Muay Thai for a few years and I think my general physical shape is decent. Now I am doing this workout with 1kg dumbbells instead of hitting the bag. It improved my stamina, my speed and my power a lot more than just hitting the bag with gloves. You might want to try as a next step towards your improvement 🙂

Excellent video! I'm built like you, only I'm shorter and a lot older. My 10 minute heavy bag workout is very similar to yours, with just a few variations, but it works. When I'm done I jump on the mini trampoline for another 10 minutes with 3lb. dumbbells, the sweat pours out of me. I have Lyme disease so my energy is limited and unsustainable, but I manage to do this about 3x per week, mixed with 2 days of light weight lifting. I've got to get shredded because the more fat I have on my body, the harder it is to heal from Lyme. One day at a time is the motto I live by. Thanks for the motivation.

I have started out this workout on the bag but now I mostly do it with 1kg dumbbells as a type of shadowboxing. I still go full force and don't slack off for a moment. Switching to dumbbells improved my stamina, my speed and my power. When I then work out on the bag I hit a lot harder and more accurately. I have been doing Muay Thai for a few years and recently I have wished to bring my punches at the same level as my kicks in terms of power and speed. It's working! Thank you
