When I got hit by a car at 14 I was bedridden she left me at home for days on end with no schooling and no one to watch me or take care I was isolated for a year after I got by a car in a house full of roaches. One time she got mad at me and threw a bed pan that had my piss in at me. Other times she screamed in me and my sisters face like a banshee something she still does to this day. She's scratched me digs her dirty long nails into me making me bleed and the cuts from her dirty a$$ nails make my skin itch. I also told my mom that my dad and her best guy friend whom I called my godfather lovingly for years until both molested me and she made it about her didn't act shocked just told her story of how she was abused by my father and she still talks to my dad and her nasty friend. Just last week she punched me in my back when i was walking away. She also tried to break my cats urn spreading my dead cats ashes everywhere cause she was mad she was losing an argument and got triggered when I brought up she was a bad mom. And she also said to me "if you're so depressed why don't you ki11 yourself" she's been abusing me since i was 4 years old and still abuses me to this day. And the amount of times shes actually gave me hugs in real life I can count on 2 hands. But the amount of times she's put her hands on me out of anger is infinite. I'm 36 years old now. She's not a mom she's an evil witch. I would do anything for a loving mom and dad but I don't have that.

I just cried like extra hard. I couldn't hold it in. My mother and i had a rocky relationship similar to what Eminem and his mom had. But unlike him i couldn't make peace with her face-to-face. My brother begged me to come say goodbye one last time but couldn't bare to see her on her death bed like that. Too many thoughts of violence came rushing in. I thank God for Eminem because listening to his final song for her and watching them hugging on that video a few months ago really broke me down crying but it helped me. I just now prayed to God to forgive me for all the anger i held onto for so long because it wasn't her fault. My mom comes to me in dreams now showing me how much shes at peace with God. So i know she's watching over me. Im so happy she made it to paradise and received the promises of God. I begged her to give her life to Christ because of the things she was into. I mean..... Pleaded with her year after year growing up. Pleaded and pleaded and im glad she did. Watching Eminem growing up I cried and prayed for him that him and his mom Debbie would make peace. Ever since he came out as a rapper i prayed for Eminem cause i know how it feels when someone has wronged you. Especially a parent. And im glad he did make peace with her before she passed. We all make mistakes as parents and Im learning that now. The bible teaches us to forgive and he did. Im glad God answered my prayers for Eminem and his mom Debbie. Rest In Power Debbie Nelson.

I'm fairly certain that Nate is his only half sibling from his mother - no idea about his father (although, to be fair, after the way his father behaved, I doubt that even he knows for sure... 💀😂). I do know that Em ended up being a father figure to quite a few of the kids in his family, though. He took in Nate and helped him get on his feet, adopted Alaina (the daughter of Kim's twin sister, Dawn, who had addiction issues), and took in Stevie (Kim's daughter, who was born in the gap between Em's two marriages to Kim - I always got the impression that he tried to make sure she was looked after, without stepping on her bio father's toes). He's also tried to be a stand-up dude for the kids of close friends he grew up with. I read a while back (from one of the friends/ parents - I don't think Em has ever said it publicly, which is on brand...) that he had put aside money for them to pay for college, if they were prepared to put the work in to their education and get themselves accepted onto a degree that would help their future. Apparently, he didn't want the circumstances they were born into to dictate whether they could make it and be successful or not. He wanted to level the playing field for them like he had for the kids in his own family. So Nate is technically his brother, but I think Em has been more of a Dad to him - and a damn good one, too.

Sorry for the book I'm about to write, but wow, what are the odds of this happening. Just yesterday I was on my way to work listening to some older Eminem song's with him trash talking to his mom, and I continued to listen to more on my way home and I started thinking about him and his mom's issues and started asking myself if they both have ever ended up getting along with each other. Literally just yesterday, those thoughts were in my head. Then today, I listened to some Eminem on my way home from work, and here I see this video of his mom passing away. Wow, that's sad to hear, Sorry for your lost Em... Im gonna be straight up with what im about to say. But I'm a mama's boy, and I just turned 40 in September. My mom is all I have in this world. No matter how many friends you lose, no matter how many relationships fail. My mom will always be here. So without her, I don't wanna be here on this earth without her. When I say she's all I got. I seriously mean she's all I got. I've been single for 13 years and don't have 1 single friend. Didn't think I would be cursed the older I got to have the life of loneliness. But it happened. I battle depression hard-core, and my mom checks on me all the time to make sure im not swinging from a rope in my duplex home. All I do is work, work, and work. In 2022, I went out and bought myself a 2022 Dodge Challenger 392 R/T Scat Pack, thinking that would open a gateway to knowing people. Nope... I'm not sure what I was thinking. 2 yrs later, Im still working like crazy and stuck with a car I should've never bought. But what else am I gonna do with all this money I saved up. Can't take it to the grave with me and no one to share my hard earnings with. But I have my mom, and I've come to terms with the fact that she's all I need in my life. She's got my back 💯 I remember when I was younger and all my family was alive and life was good. I went to 11 funerals all in 2019. Everyone is gone. 😢 I pray 🙏 to God my life changes before her time because I sure in tf don't care to be here alone. JS.

The woman said something along: "they are your parents, you have to respect them" and he responded with: "yes they're parents but that doesn't give them the right to treat me like this". Your parents can hurt you in ways that no-one else can. We tend to idolise parenthood in our society with a loving mum, backing cake and a football throwing dad. But some people get children without wanting them, being abusive, addicted, ill or really sick. So if Eminem got to make his peace with his mum, good for him. But it's his decision and his strength, not his "duty".

But no of course I wasn't there, he has spoken openly several times about his upbringing and she sued him and lost, his words, his medical and school records show her munchousen and abuse, she herself sold her own story talking of her drug use and constant moving. Have you had a drug addict parent? Have you been around a drug addict adult? Serious drugs not weed. That alone let alone all the other things leads the addict to abuse those around them, financially, verbally, physically, stealing from etc etc. It's good you have no clue of these things, but try reading what people actually write before you attempt to attack people for things that weren't even written 🤣🤣🤣
