Tip: if ur abt to quit the vid midway bc there’s an exercise u don’t like or the exercise is too hard u just can’t anymore, switch it up. Do a jog or regular squats as Emi is doing her thing n join back to what she’s doing when ur ready. I switched up a few of her exercises bc either my legs were over or my back kinda hurt. So do u! I did me but with emi’s company n motivation! :D

I do that! I do a mix of all her work outs and the only ones i can’t do are high planks, so i just switch it to a low one. I don’t like keep still if i can’t do one because i can feel myself cooling down

I'm not satisfied of the 20 seconds rest so I just add some 10 more seconds to give my body some relax before go to the next set work out. And the fast counting of 10 seconds to previous the next exercise I can't see it because I'm exhausted before to know what position I'm gonna do. So I add some 10 seconds to see what I'm gonna do and I didn't stop or change what exercise she do I just give my self some rest.

I lost 19 kg by following your exercises. I used to do it 4 times a week for 1 hour each session. You inspired and motivated me to reach my goal. i was 80kg in 2018. emi you really helped me so much i did you workouts mostly and 4 years later i am now 53kg my goal is 50kg so i am getting so close. i have an ant waist and my abs show never in my life have i been this slim and it feels great to fit clothes i like.. thank you so much. and for those who feel like you cant do it, you can! keep going you will achieve because i did. these workouts help a lot! i dont eat the healthiest but when im dieting i recommend eating sweet potato and drinking green tea it really help a lot. i work out almost everyday but sometimes i do get lazy and skip. it works! thank you ^^

I'll be doing this 3× a week. M-Th-Sun. Current weight: 53 kgs (Btw, I'm 5' ft) • Week 1 Day 1: ✓ (11-23-20) Day 2: ✓ (11-26-20) Day 3: ✓ (11-28-20) • Week 2 Day 1: ✓ (11-30-20) Day 2: ✓ (12-3-20) Day 3: ✓ (12-5-20) • Week 3 Day 1: ✓ (12-7-20) Day 2: ✓ (12-10-20) Day 3: ✓ (12-12-20) • Week 4 Day 1: ✓ (12-14-20) Day 2: ✓ (12-17-20) Day 3: ✓ (12-20-20) FINAL UPDATE: From 53, I am now at 50 kgs. I feel much better now. I can't believe I was actually able to finish this. During Saturdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I do other workouts. Sometimes, I would go for a jog or just walks in the morning. I also tried other doing ab workouts from Miss Emi's channel as well. As for my diet, I didn't go for a super strict one. I still ate rice, but only when I know I'll be working out for that day. I also had cheat days, usually, it's during Sundays (because that's when I spend the entire day with my family). For the entire month, I practiced portion control (during my non-cheat days, of course). I also tried adding chia seeds on my diet. I'm not sure if it contributed to my weightloss but yeah, I just wanted to try it (lol). To whoever is reading this, probably looking if this one works, yes, it worked for me. (But that doesn't mean it may work for everyone, I guess?) I had a hard time staying committed with doing this. There are days where I feel like giving up because I'm either too lazy or too tired. But fortunately, I was able to finish it. If you are looking for a workout that you want to try, consider doing this one! Good luck! You can also do it! (Not because I was able to, but because you also can).

Here we go :’) Day 1: 18 minutes in I’m already sweating Day 2: completed🥳 Day 3: Rest ( my thighs are looking more tone and my stomach looks smaller) Day 4:completed Day 5: I did half of the video and moved on to dance Day 6:completed Day 7: rest Results so far I lost around 1.5 cm on my thighs and I definitely see that my stomach got flatter I was going to continue for another week but I wasn’t able to, so my results are:definitely got flatter stomach and I did lose thigh fat

I love my body again, I haven’t felt good about myself since the baby birth. It has been 2 months since I started following Emi’s routines. I started with 15 minutes HIIT. I now I can do this 45 minute full body workout without pausing the video. I’m damn proud of myself. you start slow, I broke my ankle and realized I had gained weight during recovery. so towards the end of recovery I found HIT workouts I could so in my boot for ten minutes. Now I have switched to her 30 minute HIT workout, and now I just started this one after doing the 30minute HIT workout for 2 months. I still can't believe I am now in 57 kg, I remember when I was 72 kg and was doing an hour and a half doing Emi's workouts and I lost more than 2 kg in the first week. It was a long process but now I just need a few more to lose to achieve a normal BMI.

It was actually for almost a year. To tell you the truth it was on and off. I did almost 3 months break without working out because I lost motivation. I did notice that I actually lose weight quite easily when I do work out. In the first whole week of working out for 1-2 hours, I lost 2 and a half kg. I don't know if thats normal tho.

Well done you!! I was around 72kg and I'm 161cm (about 5'3) and I have also pinged down to 55kg. Took me just over a year too, and I listen to my body if Im really tired and sore, don't excercise that day, but I will go for a long walk or a normal speed bicycle ride. Exercising once you begin to see changes in your body is so liberating !never give up!

The workouts I did are mostly her HIIT workout ranging from 15-45 mins. It's based on my current mood how long I want myself to workout. Sometimes, I just do the 7 day challenge. Other times I just do 1 full body and 1 specific part of the body like arms or legs.

Well, i did have done it but I didn't see any significant results, after all i wasn't eating healthy. Although it did made me stronger and now i have a bigger resistance. Your body won't change significantly in a week or two, just don't give up and continue going. It is worth it!

@@lakshitakakkar as I am already quite fit, I didn't lose much weight(only -1cm waist and -1cm lower stomach). But the toning really happened! Also, I took a week break in between second and third week(I got a wisdom tooth surgery and didn't eat properly for almost a week which also caused some weight lose) I took photos before/after, so i could send them to you on Instagram, if you want:)

ok i'll start this workout tomorrow and i'll be doing it for the next two weeks! i'll try to keep this comment updated with my progress, i'll try to control my portions of food and drink a lot of water! i'm currently 73 kg and i'm around 178 cm/5'9 ft (my goal weight is 65 kg but i don't think i'll ever reach it, i've been working out for a year and even though i gained weight i look way thinner than i used to because the extra fat is slowly turning into muscle but i'd like to lose some mass tbh bc i gain weight very easily, if you have any advice it's much appreciated :P) . . DAY 1: done! DAY 2: since i won't be doing this HIIT workout every day but only on monday, wednesday and friday, i did emi's workout for love handles, slim thighs and another video for toned arms + i went for a walk after lunch! DAY 3: ✅ DAY 4: ✅ DAY 5: ✅ DAY 6: rest day (also i'm on my period lmao) DAY 7: ✅ DAY 8: ✅ DAY 9: ✅ DAY 10:✅ DAY 11:✅ DAY 12:✅ (did it for three consecutive days to prepare for the Easter meal and i'm dying aaaaaaa) DAY 13:✅ found out i lost around 1.5 kg since i started these workouts and i lost a lot of cm in my hip, belly and thigh area (my most stubborn area)!! i'm so happy, this is the most effective work out i've ever done! DAY 14: rest DAY 15:✅ DAY 16:✅ i think this week i'll do this workout every day and then i'll switch to a different routine starting from next week bc my body is getting used to this and i want to keep challenge myself! so i'll update for this week only! but seriously i recommend this workout so much, you just have to hang in there and wait a couple of weeks :)

10 kg is not a healthy amount of weight to lose in a month. Ig yes by going cal deficient and doing workout daily you can lose weight but still it's not recommended. Always remember you are not in a race

don`t be too harsh on yourself! growing you strength takes time, so just be sure to complete at least 5 min of exercise everyday. later, you will be able to push the plank higher and expand the time of workout)) just focus on constancy and praise yourself for every accomplishment you make(even if it is small)🤍

start: 5’4 110lbs arms: 10’’ waist: 24.5’’ inner thighs: 20.2’’ week one day 1: ✅ (burned 310 calories on my fitbit) day 2: ✅ ( I LOST 1.2 LBS!! burned 294 calories on my fitbit) day 3: ✅ ( low energy day but emi kept me motivated throughout the workout, these really helped: “every rep you’re getting closer to your goal” and “you cannot fail if you don’t give up”!! i genuinely thought i wasn’t going to workout and was pushing it off all day but here i am at 1AM!! (burned 304 calories on my fitbit) day 4: ✅ (omg i lost more weight!! i lost 0.4lbs EEEK!! i burned 275 calories on my fitbit) day 5: ✅ (super motivated today!! i burned 334 calories on my fitbit, seeing physical results already) day 6: ✅ (burned 296 after jogging 5 miles and doing 15 minute hiit before!! with all workouts i burned 938 cals!!) day 7: ✅ ( i burned 267!! weighing and measuring tmr morning :)!! ) end: 5’4 106.2 lbs !!! arms: 10’’ waist: 23.5’’ inner thighs: 20’’ DO THIS. well, here goes... not sure what to expect from this workout, but i hope it's good! day one- i LOVED this workout. as i did abt 10 of emi's kpop workouts this morning, i did get suuuper tired out by the third set, but i managed to pull through & i'm so proud of myself as i never usually do workouts this freaking LONG haha day two- SO MUCH HARDER TODAY!! but that makes me even more happy that i managed to complete it! in the morning my stomach definitely looked a little flatter, but im still dreaaading tomorrows hahah day three- was feeling vv tired today as i did it early in the morning, so i did slack a little bit todayy, but at least i did it :D day four- again, lacking in motivation today, but im glad i did it! also literally no one is seeing this comment rip lmao,, so i guess i'll be using this as a personal record? idk hahaha day five- CHRISTMAS!! i took a break from the workout today to spend time w my family on xmas day, however i still did some of emi's kpop workouts as they are super fun

Nobody updated so I think I'll do this for 2 weeks and I'll share my results with yall guys Thank you Emi🤍 * okay so it's day 3 and I really have to tell you that IT WORKS! when I started, I was 78 kg. Now, I'm 76.4 kg in 3 days!!!! *yo It's day 4. So I I gained 600 grams of weight and I know the reason for this is that I ate a few high-calorie desserts yesterday. And also my dad told me that when I weigh after exercise, the weight shown is less than the actual weight, and I weighed myself right after working out yesterday so idk if I really gained weight or not. I'll keep going :-) Day 7: Lol thanks for remining me yall♡ After 6 days of working out (in day 1 I was doing her 30 min fat burn), I'm 76.9. It means that I lost 1.1 kgs wich is AMAZING! I'm in my period now so I'll start again after about a week. And guys I'm sure that you can do it it's not that hard, you are stronger that you think n keep going💪🏻🤍

Doing the 75 hard challenge and it's my first day, i picked this workout for my indor 45 mins I'll keep updating :D Day 1: it was kindda Hard for me so i took extra breaks between! Day2: my muscles are sore asf, completed it somehow Day3: they're still sore welpppp Day 4: didn't really had any motivation to do, did it at evening anyways Day5: it got easier than the first day Day 6: did it! But I broke the challenge so gotta start again tomorrow Day7: it's not that hard starting the 75 hard again ( could update everyday coz I was in dopamine detox too!) Day8: did this + 45 min walk in the evening:D Sorry for no updates I'm still continuing the 75 hard which i broke twice in between 😭 I'm on day 28 now !!! Thiss really helps to burn calories! At the beginning my weight was 57kgs now it's 51kgs i can see my muscles tone up I'm but i have to gain weight coz I am 5'10 and this is not a healthy weight 💀

I only eat in morning and dinner and I ate a lot of vegetables but if you want to eat with rice you need to only eat a one cup of rice only but you can try to eat oatmeal in 1 week you gonna eat oatmeal always breakfast, lunch, and dinner you only gonna eat oatmeal believe me you will gonna gain weight but don't eat procesfood , junk food, and sweet

The best ever HIIT i have ever done. ...At the end of the set 4 i literally cried that i finished it without any dropping 😭😭😭 and it's winter here but my full body from hair to toe is sweating like i run in the sun 😂 Feels so freaking good 😭😭
