I have a coworker I'd cut out of plans too and I wouldn't feel the least bit bad. I've been having to clean up after him, took attitude from him, heard him yelling at customers, he's on his of phone all the time, he straight up asked another coworker if she disliked him and she's not one to sugarcoat so yeah, given the chance I'd humble him so he stops saying he's the reason the store hasn't burned down. Exactly, she got fired for harassing a guest of the restaurant. Which is what the litigation would have been for. Honestly makes you wonder when people will realize such actions have consequences. Also, more than 12 people saw the reddit post because they also posted on the law firm's Facebook page, where potential and current clients of the law firm can see it, which again is not only harassment, but putting not just yourself, but the place you work for into a litigation nightmare

I think the post, though I don’t agree with it, wouldn’t have been an issue. But I see what you’re saying about contacting the firm being harassment. I really can’t believe “lawyers” in the comments told OP to do that it makes me so angry because ofc none of them were likely lawyers at all and if you have enough people confidently saying it’s the right move, I can kind of see how they might’ve thought they were in the right there. I personally might’ve made even the initial post but it would’ve been worded much differently and more just like a mildly infuriating thing, but wouldn’t even think to contact anyone about it.

No need to rush it if you're still super young. And no need to worry. If I recall the most interesting guys were those who were completely themselves, with their own interests, yet were respectful and kind to everyone. So the crux is, just be yourself, be a good person, and have interests as that makes you more interesting.

Don't rush into things. Don't think that you have to find someone before you are an adult and you should get to know someone for at least a year before considering asking them out. Take it slow and go with the flow! When you do find a special someone, if you want to that is, watch out for any red flags and avoid behaviours that will give them red flags. If they try to change parts of what make you who you are, exploit you to get what they want or make you feel like shit for small mistakes- get out of there. Don't go for people based on appearance alone- the ocean is beautiful but there are some really ugly things below the surface that could fuck you up. Never feel like you need to give them the clothes off your back to keep them in your life as a healthy relationship won't result in you feeling scared 24/7. Don't get weird about them having friends, they aren't going to cheat on you and it doesn't mean they love you less. You got this bud! You won't need to hear this but good luck! Just know your worth, you deserve nice things and amazing people in your life.

On the last comment. I was a virgin until 27. Looking back on it now what changed was listening to women giving me advice (the smart ones, not every woman) rather than my male friends and random guys online. Over 6 months I went from never getting a response on dating sites to dates/ hookups then relationships. Now 13 years later I'm in a great relationship. Also knowing what I know now... I could have been with women younger than that, but I was an idiot who kept blowing my chances. Sure the autism probably didn't help but how I acted was far worse. Really the best bit of advice was seeing women as potential friends/ just other people. And if more came of it then great. If not then I had a great new friend. It also means I have a lot of female friends now. Also just knowing what more subtle signs of a woman's interest was a big help, as was knowing when people weren't interested. But yeah I see a lot of guys complain these days and they listen to guys online who never have had a non-transactional relationship. Who are always surrounded by women that they pay for. Rather than women who want to be there.

I don't know about the love fading thing anymore. I used to buy into the idea that it did eventually fade for everyone, but my bf and I have been together as a couple for almost 7 years, and we've liked each other for 9 years, and I still look at him and get those fluttery feelings in my stomach. He just does his absolute best to gross me out these days, and I pretty much do the same to him, but we're both still very much in love. we even get into arguments and misunderstandings, but at the end of it we still kiss like there's no tomorrow. My advice to people who are looking for this kind of love is to find someone who makes you feel wanted rather than needed or tolerated. It may take years, decades even, and countless tries before you land on the right person, but don't be afraid to make those mistakes. The best love is worth fighting for, and when you find someone who seems to fit, give them a fair chance before you move on, but don't sacrifice your boundries for their sake either. It's a delicate dance, and it takes a lot of luck, but it's very possible. For context, I didn't find my current bf until I was 28 and I dated many people before him, of all genders, sometimes several at a time, and he had only had two or three gfs.

That one about the person being kicked out of whatever group that was, happened to my friend. Same exact thing. She was playing destiny 2 with people and became friends with them and started to play Minecraft. She paid for a realm for all of them to play in and the only other girl that was in the group, was their "queen" I guess. She kicked my friend out because 2 or 3 of the 6 or 7 guys started hanging out with my friend more frequently and this other girl convinced everyone else to kick my friend from the group. Then she had the AUDACITY to tell my friend to keep paying for the realm so they could play, while essentially banning my friend from a realm she owned. My friend decided to let them play a little more but she had griefed all their stuff before shutting down the realm.

26:14 first, the word female is really an adjective that they use as a noun. It is dehumanizing to call women “females” because the term ‘female’ is not specific to being human, while the term woman IS. Plus, I have never heard these guys say “males” instead of men…
@HarvestPeiskos2209

Fr. When you hear "Females" you can usually instantly ask "Female WHAT?", referring to women as females essentially is you putting them on the same ladder as literal wild/domesticated animals, since we commonly use female when referring to things like dogs, birds, etc. It's extremely dehumanizing due to women essentially being viewed so below men, that they're put in with literal animals.

the realness of love is debatable since it's a subjective concept, BUT; love is more of a choice than a feeling, in my experience. sticking by someone when it would be easier to not. supporting someone without expectation in return, not even usually a conscious choice. love is and should always be easy, even if the relationship is hard. selfish people that can't comprehend doing something like that for someone often confuse infatuation (the "honeymoon period") with love (the relationship)

The lawyers are lying if they say that they cannot tip on expense accounts. AND if they believed that BS, they should still have tipped the server. Technically tipping is “voluntary” but in practice, because servers literally rely on tips because their work allows their employers to not pay them fairly because tips make up part of their wages, tipping is what decent and sensible people do-especially when the service is above and beyond. They gave no indication they did not like the service but used the BS excuse that they weren’t allowed to tip. 🙄. These lawyers were complete AHs. We need to get rid of tipping culture in the US.

8:43 I mean, there's a lot of people who call this "love", including the guy who posted it, but sexual desire...isn't love. Not in the least bit. Love is actually caring enough about someone to want to see them smile even when you've had a horrible day, because you know what? If they're smiling, so are you, and if they're laughing, you're there with them. Love is more than emotions, or lustful desire. Love is what brings people together for the true good things in life. There's many forms and stages of love, most incomplete, but true love...that is something you'll only know if you experience it yourself.

Pretty sure it's because they as an individual took personal information off of a credit card (whether it was a company card or not, still not ok) and reached out to the firm about not getting a tip. Which, while not leaving one, especially on a bill that large, is a dick move... is not actually a crime as far as I'm aware. They did the equivalent of pulling someone's name off their card and doing a Google search to get their address. Over a tip. If they wanted to pursue it that badly, they should have tried to reach out through the restaurant.

the amount of people in their 20's bitching about still being virgins is wild to me. like, just wait a bit, focus on building a relationship with someone who genuinely loves you and maybe some day down the line, you'll eventually lose your virginity, or maybe even realize you don't actually want sex and all you really needed was someone who loves you. i recently turned 20, and i've never dated anyone for more than a few weeks, and even then, i've only dated two people in my entire life, i've never kissed anyone or had anyone kiss me, i haven't even had any physical contact with anyone i had feelings for, let alone have sex with them... but i don't go bitching about it on social media or anything like that. i know the average age to lose your virginity is 17 (according to a quick Google search anyway) but when you constantly have the mindset of "i'm 25 and STILL a virgin!? why won't people fuck me" it isn't exactly good for your mental health. and yes, i know, i'm leaving yet another long rant on an Emkay video, i have a lot of shit to say and nobody to say it to, so rants in KZbin comments seem to help me purge my mind a little bit.

9:48 Nah, man, that's not the main reason; a critical element in the dysfunction of Boomer marriages is that their generation's socialisation was largely segregated by gender, so they didn't tend to have built an actual friendship before they coupled up. That absence of cognitive connection + practical empathy beyond the immediate oxytocin rush is why once the honeymoon period was over, they got sick of each other reaaaallll fast. (Het) marriages tend to do better in our generation bc the opposite genders are encouraged to actually mingle with the other from a developmental age.
