Day 2 of week 2. I was extremely nervous when I read your postscript “this workout is gonna test your metal” in the email. I kept comforting myself to just do it and listen to my body. Do you know what?? You are a magnet!! I did all exercises for 5 rounds! I can only did jump squat for 1st exercise & squat n twist for the 2nd though. I’m beyond exhausted now! Thanks PJ! What a way to start Monday morning 😊 looking forward to the next 20 days. must say I am feeling a little anxious about not doing my regular weight workouts..... but this will be a great way to get out of my Workout rut. This cardio workout is best of the best... I needed to lay down right after I completed this workout. I was not able to stand up for a while. It's super helpful for my body and mental. My depressed mood is totally gone and I can find myself happy. I wish I could check my heart beat. It must be super fast. Thanks a lot this wonderful workout, PJ. Now, shower time!

Tried the burpees...abandoned the burpees....give me the squat twists anyday. Another great workout that fills you with achievement 🥵

Way to go Alison!!! Another great burpee sub is to use a chair. So instead of placing your hands on the ground, please them on a chair and then jump back into a plank. Just keep your bodyweight over your wrists. It's a great way to get a bit more core involved.

Not gonna lie... I did not want to do this😂 I did the thing I know not to do.... read the list of exercises🙀🙀🙀 But I’m glad to report... Day 1 completed! Coming off of a three month exercise break due to chronic hives due to curing my eczema naturally🙀 so I’m not where I was but I’m enjoying moving my body and looking forward to seeing how much I can rebuild myself during this challenge! This one was really tough today, mostly my hamstring and left knee. I had knee surgery a few years ago and I’m a bit leary of high impact stuff. But I work out a lot - run, lift etc so I’ll stay with it. So far I’ve really enjoyed your workouts. they’re great. I’ll see how I am tomorrow. That is always the test. 😉

Hey there PJ!!! OKAY this workout was hard in terms of form.... I did follow it all the way through by modifying... Believe it or not the burpies were not an issue other than I did not do as many by the 3rd round.... Lol.... I'm having trouble with mountain climbers I'm not sure why though... The lunges I modified to do side to side like we do in the warm up b/c somehow my left knee was hurting... Idk why but lunges and I don't get along... I can do them side to side fine but doing them behind is super uncomfortable for me.... Anyway... Thank you for helping me work my butt out!!! I'm working on my form more as I want to get the hang of the Spider-Man move the sit throughs and Idk about those mountain climbers.... I'm so glad I found you... I'm 48 and I have a 10 year old and a 6 year old and my thought is age doesn't define my youth nor will it define my health.... With that... Looking forward to tomorrows workout.... Debbie

I was a sweaty mess crawling on the floor begging it to stop but you know what I pushed on and BOOM the workout was done. Any options for bad knees..big toes and shoulder issues..sometimes the planks are killers on the toes

This workout beat the crap out of me!!!! I think I did pass out after the 4th round of burgers😂 ..that said I felt really good afterwards and I thought your gladiator workout was my nemesis but this is the new contender..thank you soooooo much PJ💞

Haha... you should have went with the burgers, they are a lot tastier than the burpees 😂 And I agree, the Gladiator Workout USED to be the gold standard of "hard" here on the channel... now it's this innocent looking, sweaty one.

EMOM had me feeling EMO(tional) 🤣 did two rounds of burpees but then gave up & did squats - pubished myself by doing an extra one of each of the other exercises though! Sweaty now!
