I’m a 19 year old male and it’s hard especially when I’m trying to hit my gains to look like Will Tennyson and having that guilt of restriction. Long story short; I’m kind of in a bulking phase but I’m taking food to serious “all-or-nothing.”

Man, I'm so disappointed in myself. I could already be in that "perfect" body I invision myself in, if only I didn't start over so much in the past. This time I stick with it!💕

Don't be disappointed, be gentle with yourself, it's really hard to get out of the all-or-nothing mindset! Good luck, you can do it!

Thank you for this video. I definitely have the All or Nothing mentality with most if not all things and the perfectionism is truly a struggle. I have researched and been through every diet possible and they just never stick. But your videos have just clicked something within that just makes so much sense and are changing my way of thinking and finally eating. You are truly deserving of your following and 100× more!!! Please keep these videos coming!! P.s. I never post but you have truly inspired me. Thank you.

This resonates with me for sugar so much. Because I know processed cookies, cakes, brownies are bad for you. Once I eat 1 or 2 cookies I feel "bad" and say that now I may as well eat the whole package... like "everything is RUINED!" Also if I feel stressed/out of control, binge eating sugar seems like the only thing I CAN control!

Very happy with these tips, though I'm still figuring out how to deal with these principles with a BMI of 39, predisposition for diabetes and having been (put) on diets since I was 8 years old by my mom and doctors. I just feel like almost all my life my body has been enemy #1 for me (also school bullying and lack of romantic success) so I'm really done and exhausted with food in general. I wish I'd never be hungry, ever again. I hate it.

It’s an important topic and I’m glad you pointed this out. But those describing a binge eating episode experience loss of control, almost like an out-of-body experience. Your advice of pausing for a moment while binging can lead some people to think that binge eating can be stopped if one had the willpower to do so.

Thank you for sharing this important comment, certain types of binges definitely have nothing to do with willpower!

Thanx a lot for this video , I gained lot of weight as a result of inactivity and depression caused by my back injuries in the gym , halfway through my recovery I did this all or nothing to shed some weight but ended up eating more and actually decreased my recovery progress from injury, I saw your video a while back and your philosophy helped. I just had urge to watch it again and to thank you.

Hi, I am so grateful to find you in KZbin. You really help me to understand things bit easier. I like the way you explain things and, in this video, you gave good examples. Few days ago, I have realized that I eat like a robot, I eat because I have to and I have a strict diet mentality. actually, I decided to follow French way of eating- mainly because I knew thy enjoy every bite of food and don't restrict them from anything, in the main time they eat healthy and mindfully. So that's how I start finding video about eating intuitively. Luckily, I found you and I have watched all the videos you made on intuitive eating and believe me... it was really helpful for me and surly other people will also find it helpful. Thank you, sending you lots of love Beautiful. Please keep making videos, we will love to see it and learn good things from it, please make video on your lifestyle and how you prefer to stay active physically in a health way.
