Since I have "washed out" my palette and body I love taking frozen fresh vegetables and just microwaving them to warm up. I no longer lust after a Big Mac but my vegetables with some cayenne pepper. On travel I just hit a grocery store and there the non-toxic food is ! 😊

If you like cooking up some fresh/frozen veggies Nisha has an amazing lemon tahini dressing. It's so freaking good on steamed veggies!

Just ordered her book! I have been looking for a dinner cookbook for a long time, (and section on sauces =O) just tired of the 120 recipes cookbooks where 40 to 100 of them are smoothies and deserts and overnight oats etc.. with only 10 or so real meal recipes. I am excited to read and discover it! Thank you for introducing Nisha to us!

I use the juice from can chick pea and use it in replacement of egg white. Then coat in bread crumbs and airfry 10 min. Crispy and tasty

Bought Nisha's r book thanks to RIP. . I just omit all the limited references to oils. Pictures and recipes fascinating. The pictures actually motivate me to make them meals. You could run a new restaurant off of these recipes ! Look mouth-watering ! ❤️

I am gluten free and cannot tolerate soy so I can't use a lot of the recipes in most vegan cookbooks. I appreciate the cookbooks that offer substitution ideas.

Make tofu from chickpea flour. Or garbanzo flour. It works great.

Do any of these video actually help you MAKE vegetarian meals?. They seem like such a waste of my time. It is a real struggle to figure out how to make a vegetarian meal that actually tastes good and I haven't seen any of these videos that help

Lots of KZbinrs actually demo their dishes. Even Rip's mom and sister have a show. Really cute. Chef AJ, Krocks in the Kitchen, Brand New Vegan and many more actually demonstrate techniques. But you just have to try it. Even if there were no youtube, you can just follow instructions in a cookbook or online recipe. Try not to give yourself reasons to stop before you start.

@@exaltvideo why the need to make them out to be villains with some ulterior motives? No one can do the work but you. The effort you put forth is your skin in the game. Try simple and free recipes offered all over the web if you don't want to buy a cookbook. No money down! But YOU have to do the shopping for foodstuffs, the prep, the cleanup. You. It is how you will get where you want to be. Wherever your "there" happens to be (improved health, concern for the environment, lessening animal suffering, etc), you've got to be the one who does it. I'm not sure what kind of help you feel is being withheld. They can lecture, appear on podcasts, write books but ultimately you have to act.
