The parclo was really well done. And I like the adjacent district. Those underground parking spots looked good to me the way they backed onto each other. But the park is too nice to move now. The residential zones meshed nicely but don't they need a clinic too? And more pedestrian paths beneath the highway? My vote for a future build would be large shopping zone with markets and recreational areas. You could probably mock up something that looks like an open air theatre.

I like that idea of the open air market!! The road tools make parclos much easier to construct so I enjoy making them a lot. I will admit I was thinking of redoing the residential, so maybe if we do we can add in a clinic and shape the residential around it?

@@nealjroberts4050 I think it would. Was thinking taking the area between downtown Bunyan's Rest and the Sector 2 Industrial area and adding 1 or 2 signature buildings, a custom park, and better residential zoning... maybe some mix use and row housing.

Pretty Please, can you turn off weather and winter for your videos .. driving rain/slow is really distracting .. and the white of winter is kinda blinding .. nice videos tho :)

I took a look into it and I don't think i can turn those off in the settings as it's integrated into the map we are currently playing on (Tampere). If I happened to miss it in settings and you know where I can change that please let me know :)

@@Na_MaPlays both the Weather + and Legacy Flavor mods allow you to adjust weather and conditions.
